Very well packed
At first I was unhappy then I got my second box and I was happy. I could not wait any longer to open the box and pull it out, I was beautiful, then I found all the other parts. What a surprise when I thought I had more memory in my old computer compared to this one. Now I have to just get used to it being a bigger screen, and yes learning all the goodies, but most of all is transferring from old to new. Everything was in great shape and the best I can say is THANK YOU. The price was very nice and very very manageable, so for that I’m very greatful, so again I say THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

I was so impressed to start with how it was packed! I have never received anything that well-packed, even from Apple or Amazon. The iMac is in great condition, if I did not know it was used I would have thought it was new. I have been using it and it has had no problems. What a great buy!!!!

Very happy with this purchase.
The packing was not the best, but nevertheless everything arrived in working condition. I was able to upgrade the HDD to a SSD which improved the performance 100%. Cosmetically the computer looks brand new, great buy for the price.

Got a 2019 21″ iMac in excellent shape. Didn’t see cosmetic flaws. Started up promptly with included mouse and keyboard. Updating the OS currently. Love it so far!
