I read several of the reviews here before buying from this retailer but still got caught having to scramble in order to be able to use this phone. I came into this knowing that the A54 is a good value, and some reviews here stated that their phone came with Spanish as the default language so I sort of expected that. The package came with an insert saying that is the phone had spanish as the default, you can go to settings/languages and change it to your language, but when you’re looking at a page of spanish options making that change seems a little daunting! Also, the phone takes you thru a setup in spanish before you can get to the point of making a language change. The seller should have anticipated this and provided better instructions, but I didn’t take any stars off for this because it’s not the fault of the phone itself! Just so you know, when you eventually get to the settings page, look for “idioma” to add English and make it your default.Once you get thru converting to English, this is just like any other A54. It’s a competent smart phone in its own right, and most people wouldn’t know the difference between this and a medium-price smart phone. I won’t give it a full review here because there are plenty of reviews elsewhere, but it’s a very nice phone in a comfortable size. Is it as good as a S23 or iphone 15; No, but it’s about half the cost AND it has a memory slot of you run out of memory! Nice!

Good Value Phone
If you don’t need the latest and greatest, you can get something very good in the A54. It’s large, has a good camera and it does what I need it to do. I don’t play CPU-intensive games, but I do watch videos, and the picture looks good. I also don’t download and many apps so I can’t tell you if that would adversely affect the phone’s performance. Battery life is good. It lasts at least all day with heavy use. I miss the headphone jack of my A52. I saved money buying the phone here and activating it through my account on my carrier’s website.

I bought this phone under false advertisement. In the description, it says it’s a new phone and made in the USA. From day one of getting this phone I had nothing but problems. The phone didn’t want to charge properly. The voice to text didn’t register, right. The flashlight was not bright at all. I called Amazon and they told me to contact Samsung because the phone was under manufacturer warranty. When I called Samsung, they told me to go to a certified fix it place, to see if they could fix the problem. Unfortunately, they were unable to, so they told me to contact Samsung again. When I called Samsung for the second time, they said they can’t help me because this is not a new Phone. It’s refurbished. And the phone was not Made in the USA It was made in Latin America. So they told me I have to call the international Samsung number for any further help. Nowhere in the listing of this phone said this was a refurbished phone. I contacted Amazon in regards to all the problems I was having and they said they would give me a full refund, and that they were going to send a carrier to pick up the phone at my house. I told them I needed a couple days so I can get a new phone because if I gave it to them right away, I would have no means of communication. I also needed to transfer all my information off the phone, so I could do a factory reset. Amazon told me to contact them when I was ready to have the phone picked up. When I did the factory reset, the phone was set to Spanish. So that tells me that the seller programmed the phone to english before sending it to me. I called them a few days later, letting them know I was ready for the pick up and they said that too much time has passed and that they would not give me my refund, even though I have confirmation emails and writing of them saying that they would. They claimed that a carrier came to my house, which they did not. I tried to talk to someone, but they talked over me and hung up on me. I called at least 6 times in a matter of an hour, which each person said they’re not gonna help me and that I was out all this money. Even though I was doing what they told me to do in the first place. I had to fight Amazon left and right just to get a tracking number. And even then they were refusing to help me. I had to go to UPS myself and ask for help. Between two store employees and a driver, they were able to get Amazon to give me the information I needed. I’ve never had this problem with Amazon. I don’t understand why they’re penalizing me when they should be going after the person who is selling fake phones. I am not the only person this has happened to. I urge you not to purchase anything from this person. And to Amazon, you really need to do better with your customer service. I can’t believe you treated me in the manner you did. It is completely unacceptable. No one should have to go through what I went through. Do better and get rid of this seller!

I purchased this phone before realizing it’s an international version. I was so worried that it wasn’t going to work in Canada but, it does and it’s an amazing phone. Now I’ve only had it a couple days and I have had no problems with it what so ever. (Other then initial set up as phone came in Russian)🤣 it was really easy when using Google translate on my previous phone.Canada does sell a version of this phone but only in black and graphite and of course I wanted a purple phone cause who am I kidding it’s my favorite colour. I love that it has expandable memory up to 1tb as my last phone did not. The cameras on this phone are amazing and the clarity and colour’s of the screen are what I have been craving from a phone for a long time. Slower charging times but, I’m not bothered by that as I’m usually sleeping when I’m charging it, also if your set in having a phone with wireless charging you will have to look for something else as this phone does not have that capability.If you’re looking for the perfect mid tier phone this is one for you. Not all of us want to spend over 1000 on a new phone 🤣

Las primeras semanas todo bien con el teléfono, recientemente se calienta mucho y la batería se descarga en un par de horas, la ventana de devolución era de 1 mes por lo que seguiré pagando por algo que no sirve
