I am not sure why the other people said that it is not 3200MHz speed, actually IT IS…Never heard of XMP profiles in BIOS/UEFI? Maybe you should read about it before complaining this is a scam! I made sure to buy the same Brand and Speed as my current RAM sticks to avoid any issues.Pros:-Works-Sturdy packaging-Easy Returns; Bought the wrong speed from the same brand at first (return was easy with no issues)Cons:-NoneTips for installing:Took me a couple tries to learn how to put it in. Basically slide one side of the stick in before pushing in the other side. I kept trying to install the stick flat into the slot and it wouldnt fit. Other than that make sure the ram stick is all the way pushed in to avoid any issues.Overall, very happy with my purchase.
