Good as a Pokemon Go phone
We purchased a few of these just for our kids to be able to play pokemon go. The system and memory have worked out well. Exactly what we needed. We didn’t put service on them, just a few games for them to use on wifi.

Disappointed
Supposedly refurbished, wouldn’t power on, wouldn’t take a charge ( I bought two so we tried the other charger), customer service number is a voicemail box that claims to be “your cellular provider,” never returned calls or emails. Stay away from this joke of a merchant.

Phone is decent looks like in picture, but arrived with bug that a lot of keyboard clicks have 2 clicks instead of 1.

Bought two phones and they both have problems with charging and the wake/sleep button doesn’t work. Nothing but a scam

phone update in March has made my phone almost unusable
the phone was great before the update March 6 2024, camera was not the greatest, not good in low light and has a hard time focusing sometimes, but for the most part was good…. And the problems the update was supposed to fix, I never had any problems with it… Now after the update, when on an app it will crash and go back to the home screen. if I’m in the middle of an email and it crashes, I have to start all over, and that’s if the keyboard even will come up and stays up.. now it won’t receive text verification codes for logging on to websites.. which is a big problem!! And now it is only getting regular texts randomly… I went on the Verizon community page and there are a lot of people having the same problems. Some of them have done a factory reset and it didn’t help… I don’t recommend getting this phone. now I’m going to have to get a new phone and this one is not paid off yet…
