Upgrading RAM was easy! Quality RAM and great value!
I bought an 8gb module or stick of Samsung RAM to update a spare inexpensive ASUS laptop I bought recently. The laptop came with 8gb (4×2) of Samsung RAM running in dual channel mode. Only one memory module could be removed and upgraded. I bought a 8gb module to add to the permanent 4gb for 12gb. The RAM module installed easily, and the the computer recognized the additional memory immediately. The additional RAM will help the computer process faster and increase its useful life. Make sure you match the brand and speed of memory for best results. It is better to have 16gb or 32gb or RAM when possible. If you can only upgrade one module, Windows will run the first 8gb dual channel and the remaining 4gb in single channel. It is still a good upgrade from 8gb. This is a quality product and great value.

Works without issues
Seems to work 100% without any issues. I put it into my I5 7th Gen laptop with Ubuntu and loads up quick. The image of the test is with it alone in single din of my laptop no other memory in second din. It’s used but works. I have since upgraded to a single 32gb stick so can’t report on longevity. I had this along side my stock micron 8gb 2666 stick for a few days and made noticeable difference. For the perpus of this review I removed the micron stick. If you’re looking for a cheap way to upgrade an old laptop this is it.

It worked great on my Ryzen laptop
As the title says, it worked great. Sadly, my laptop does not support 3200 so it is running at a lower speed. But CPU Z identified it as a 3200 module, so they work as expected.Since they are single rank, they should be. Atd faster than the cheaper, regular ones (just look for 1xR8).100% would buy again
