Perfect for the Inexperienced Gamer/Tech
I bought this pre-built for two reasons. 1. To avoid the costs of building one myself and 2. I wouldn’t know what the hell to buy in the first place. Even after researching, I can safely say that I’m not techy at all. It goes over my head.It came really well packaged and came with it’s own sort of carrying bag, which I assume is really helpful if/when bringing it in to a tech fixy-place. (‘: All the cables inside are very neatly placed and that’s probably why I had no trouble at all with wires falling out of place when I removed the foam packaging.It was really easy to set up – once everything was plugged in and ready, it immediately loads up Microsoft and Windows 11. It has a few options and apps already on the desktop – like an RGB remote app? And an app that allows you to register the PC? (Question marks because they’re probably not apps, but icons that take you places)It has 2 DP and 2 HDMI ports in the graphics card, so ideally you could use this PC with 4 monitors. It also has 4 USB ports in the back, as well as 2 at the top… so that worked out well for me. Works well with wired keyboard/mouse/speakers.It also came with its own wifi antenna thingy (‘: Super easy hook-up and I just velcro’d that bad boy on my desk. It’s a lightweight plastic material – I’m sure people replace it or use their own, but it works fairly well.I think it’s pretty good aesthetically and technologically ð¤ Great for inexperienced people like myself (:

I was very worried about potential trouble with returning and refund issues before buying. Luckily this one turns out pretty solid. I’ve been using for a week and everything looks great. the pc itself runs great, but when it arrived the glass was covered in scratches. I was hoping it was just on the outside film (film on in first pic) but it was on the back of the glass on the inside :,(

Too bad it has Windows 11 installed on it as it is a pitiful downgrade from Windows 10 & Windows 7 as win7 was the overall best ever system.The computer is outstanding. Hardware is very nice quality and CustomerService is great! I really like it!

Loud PC, keyboard hard-locked, and WORST customer service ever
Super loud even when just running ARK. It worked for about 2-3 days and then whenever I try to use the Skytech Keyboard it showed the “Caps Lock” and “Keyboard Lock” light indications on in the top-right corner, and does not allow any form of recognition. I can’t even get it to work on other computers. I’ve researched and tried over 20 different unlock combinations (including the ones where you unplug your keyboard, hold down the combination and THEN plug it back in), I’ve tried all the on/off on “sticky keys” and “filter keys”, the only thing that works is the lights. The worst part is customer service (or lack thereof) when I called customer service it said I was NUMBER SEVENTEENTH in line, when I was first in queue for the chat it said approximately 4 minutes and that was 15-20 minutes ago. I still have to pay this off for 5 more months too. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Super nice mid range gaming computer
I ordered two of these, one for my stepson and one for me, in case he needed assistance. What I didn’t know was they didn’t all use the same hardware (motherboards, graphics card) but are all comparable. My motherboard didn’t have a USB C port on it, so I bought us PCI cards. Well his did, so he just got more USB ports. I did bring it up to Sky Tech support, but they couldn’t do anything about that, which was fine. They were great about the noisy fan I had. Sent out another one relatively quick. Kinda wish my SignalRBG worked though ð. Would look cool if it did.

Nice computer, runs game automatically set to epic graphics. Has specs to run all games now days. Nice keyboard however the mouse it came with is hard to hold on to for gaming purposes.Just about a month after purchase the front USB,s stopped being recognized and after trying everything I could find online about it that didn’t work I then called customer service. I was told “oh that’s a case issue” and they can’t do anything about it. The rear USB,s work fine but seeing how this is a gaming PC it was nice to use the front USB,s for the headphone dongle instead of having to go to the back. So now I have this new PC with the 2 USB 3.0s that don’t work.

Plug and play worked almost perfectly –
Initially the computer did not display any video after being turned on. Called customer support who walked me through unplugging and plugging back in the two sticks of ram. A little scary to do as I know nothing about computers but the worker on the phone was very patient and clear with the instructions. Worked perfectly after that. Runs most games on ultra settings with great fps. Do your research, but this was a great product for the price for me

I received the shipment fast and it was packed well inside the original box, however amazon put it into this second bigger box, with no packing and no indications that it was fragile, just heavy? So i’m sure it was getting slammed around on delivery.I set it all up, it looked great until I noticed the fan at the top was struggling to spin, I contacted SkyTech’s support who were AMAZING and I troubleshooted by unplugging some stuff and messing with it, ultimately it still didn’t work. They offered to send out a new fan, but these fans are connected and not individually plugged in and at that point, 1. I’m not PC savvy, and 2. I’m losing out on the convenience of having a pre built?Also note, there’s only 1 hdmi port (both my monitors are hdmi) not an issue I can get the wire to solve that, and also some keys on the keyboard such as “R” didn’t work. They offered to send a new one but I already have one so I didn’t mind.SO I ordered a second one… I will update on that one. And then I will send this one back, or both, if its messed up too.
