Poor video quality
I was excited to try these, but ultimately very disappointed. Ignoring how uncomfortable these are to wear, the field of view was blocked at the edges no matter which nose piece I wore. Only by wearing them without any nose piece was I able to see the full screen, but then any slight movement dislodged them enough that I was back to parts of the screen being blocked. Very annoying. This was less troublesome when watching movies as a typical movie does not utilize the full extension of the screen. However, picture quality was badly compromised. Color balance was too warm, contrast a black levels well below par, and considerable amounts of false contouring in dark areas of the screen. It was like stepping back a decade in screen quality.I’ve been trying to convince myself to keep them, but ultimately I know I’ll become even more intolerant of their faults, so I’m returning them

A Go-Anywhere Personal Monitor
These glasses work best for someone who wants to watch movie, surf the web, or use a desktop PC while lying down. I connected these to my Samsung Galaxy S22, switched to DEX mode to turn these glasses into a 2nd monitor. Together with a Bluetooth keyboard and handheld trackball, I could either work on my PC using the Google remote desktop app or watch a movie on a big screen while lying on bed with the monitor on the ceiling. I could have done this with my Meta Quest 2 VR headset by turning off its tracking but it was heavy, bulky, and did not work well while lying down!PROS:A personal large screen monitor which can go with you anywhere.CONS:1) Image is blurry at the edges, especially the 4 corners of the screen. This makes the fonts fuzzy and hard to read. But this would not be noticeable to watch a video.2) Screen size is not adjustable. If this can be done, the FOV can be adjusted smaller and thus alleviate the blurriness along the edges.3) Audio volume is a little weak, this can be overcome using Bluetooth earphones.4) These glasses drain the phone battery quick, it should have come with a Y adapter to support both USB-C DP Alt Mode and PD. I skirted this problem using a wireless power bank to power my phone while using the glasses.

Not for long term users
Overall the glasses are ok. But there are some noticable issues when using these.1. It gets uncomfortably warm/hot at the part where your forehead touches the glasses when used long term. (Maybe around an half hour) These are one of the major issues since I was planning to replace my computer display monitor for these glasses.2. The quality of the display is not that good. If one were to put gradients of colors, especially the darker colors with slightly different shades, it won’t display it clearly like your smartphone does. For working, like typing documents, etc is fine.3. Adjusting the Brightness is another problem that I encountered and this is a major concern. There is no place to adjust the brightness of the glasses. In the manual, TCL tells to go on their web page to download their app so that you can adjust the brightness, which now doesn’t not exist. The brightness is really high on the glasses which can address sudden brightness in the eyes (makes your eyes hurt) and battery consumption from your phone. The overheating issue might also be caused by this.4. The comfortably of the glasses are not that good. Very rigid on the legs of the glasses. Feels like glasses is snapping your head. These are my first pair of smart glasses so I can’t really do a comparison with the rest. I wouldn’t suggest these to others since the problems that exists can cause a considerable problems for long term users.Even though it is at a cheap price, I am planning on returning them back.

Saludos

The wearable tech is almost there
I would have kept these beautiful glasses if there was an adjustment for how it fits over your nose and a dust the clipping on the screen

Didnt Initialize
I bought this thinking that I could see my cell phone better. But all it showed on the screen was a startup screen with no buttons to press so instead to see my screen I bought a pair of prism glasses for like $13. While I can’t walk around with them these are great for sitting and they actually work. As they say what I could see was Fuzzy around the edges so much I couldn’t tell what the writing if it was presumably important. There were so few icons to see I assume the ones I couldn’t see would have little value for initializing if they are on the edge without much highlight. Seeing was believing I want my money back. Or I’m willing to have more faith yet else swear! Great more saved!

They are okay
The screen are about .50 inches thick the glass themselves, and for my face will not fully cover my eyes ,to give u an idea of how they look like what jeweler would wear to cut a diamond , u will look goofy wereing these glasses but they do the job (NOTE: they are not Vr glasses they work as a single screen and they are not transparent) un like really sunglasses that cover ur eyes, these will not only because it need the distance so u eyes can process what you see to close to ir eyes and ir will be to blurry
