Donât buy any laptop from the seller SupremeDealsCR and Amazon A-Z guarantee is a bait to lure you in to buying substandard faulty items. I purchased Lenovo T460 and 3 weeks later when I was out of the country the laptop started shutting down on booting up displaying FAN ERROR message. At first it was once in a while then it was so frequent that it became practically unusable. I contacted the Seller and explained I was out of country and not in a position to ship it back and the 90-day period will be over when I return, they said I can ship it back after I return. I contacted the seller after I returned and they refused to take the laptop back. I submitted claim to Amazon A-Z twice and they sent stock replies stating âyou received the item and the item matched its descriptionâ so I am not eligible for a refund. How can they claim the item I received matched the description when it is Faulty? Stay clear of the Seller and Amazonâs A-Z offer.

Keyboard stops working
I bought this laptop bc it is the same one I have for work and love. I bought it refurbished – twice. I returned the first one bc the product support could not help me troubleshoot my issue. The second laptop has the same issue- my keyboard and mouse stop working. Luckily with the second one, a reboot helps but I am rebooting several times per day. I need this for my husbands business and cannot afford to continue to factory reset and reload important items to a new laptop. Very dissapointed in the refurbished laptops.
