Excellent product
I am currently trying to collect multiple consoles from when I was a kid and didnât have money to buy all of them. Anyways this product came clean and on time with everything I needed and a little bit more. I had to get a converter for the av cables to hdmi so that it would connect to the tv which is what I had to do for my PlayStation 1 as well but outside of that I had no issues. It turned on just fine and is functioning and working exactly how itâs supposed to.

Did not work, promised replacement but nothing a week later
Bought this in April as a birthday gift for wife’s 50th (June 8th). She unwrapped it on the 7th of June and we found out the DVD player accepted the disc, but didn’t spin up when closed with disc in the tray. Called support and was promised an expedited replacement, but a week later I still haven’t heard back via email or even with a tracking number.

2nd Update: Had hiccups with the system. After the headache of talking with Amazon’s Customer service and the lies being told UNDERSTAND you will not be able to get a refund if you shop with this company. To me after the experience that I’ve had Amazon knows that dealing with this company it’ll be hit or miss. There’s no such thing as Amazon quality check.Update: The seller corrected the issue and sent another PS2 to me. And this one works and I have to give them credit for that. All I can say is they need to have better communication with their customers so that the issue that I had with them doesn’t persist in the future. The reason for the 3 star rating is because Amazon has to contact them on my behalf to get the problem resolved. If I didn’t have that done I wasn’t getting any feedback from them.Original review:I purchased a PlayStation 2 from the seller and it didn’t work. You can’t play games on the console. They responded immediately at first but when I asked for a replacement I didn’t hear back from them. The worst thing about it is I assumed that it would at least come in working condition because of Amazon put their guarantee behind the product. Now I’m out of $200! Needless to say DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS SELLER! I don’t think I can trust Amazon anymore either.

Knowing I love a particular PS2 game, my son bought me this PS2 for Christmas!This PS2 came in Like-New condition.It came with 2 Wireless Controllers along with 2 Controller Receiver Dongles, a Power Cable and a Composite Cables (Yellow/White/Red).My only issue was we have a newer TV so the Composite cable won’t work on my TV. Bought the first one wouldn’t save to memory card so we returned it and bought another one…Same problem so we took it in for repair and they said the motherboard was bad…don’t buy this item…You will be very disappointed!

controlers don’t come with cord to charge them
the wireless controllers do not charge wirelessly and do not come with the cord to charge so now mid way through a game I’m having to find a cord with input that is 20 years old.Should have come with this cord

The system works great, the only negative I have to say is that for a refurbished unit it could have been cleaned better. The back fans are caked in black dust. Not a huge deal as it works, but it could affect the cooling of the unit while playing for a long time.
