Really great for the cost
Iâve been a digital artist for almost 4 years but this is my first time using a pen display that connects to my computer. For perspective, I draw primarily on an iPad with procreate.Initial reaction:The display came really fast, I got it within two days due to Prime and it even arrived early in the morning. It was definitely packaged very well and was very well protected, however make sure youâre not opening it upside as all the wires and everything will fall out. Make sure you have a space to actually put the display before you take it out of the styrofoam because at a whopping 19.5in it takes up some space. The set up was super easy and straight forward and the drivers on the website were super easy to locate. I did have an issue where I had to repeatedly unplug and plug it back into my Mac however in order to get it to duplicate the display. Iâm still having this problem but I think itâs usb-c hub and nothing related to the display. The colors on the display do look slightly washed, also the resolution isnât what I thought it would be – I found that when exporting to a different device like an iPad/phone or even just looking at my art on my MacBook while I was working the colors do differ a little bit. Itâs not the worlds biggest problem or inconvenience as you can just edit on your preferred device once youâve finished.Using: At first it took me about an hour- two to get into the swing of it. I use procreate A LOT so I found myself constantly trying to use it like a touch screen- which honestly would be really useful. Itâs really easy to use and quite user friendly, I like that it eliminates the hand- eye coordination that comes into play with traditional digital art tablets. Itâs fast and responsive and I donât get a single lag while working. The stylus is super sleek and I enjoyed the flared base as itâs more ergonomical than just a straight stylus like the Apple Pencil. I didnât find myself using the programmable buttons all too much though as they were a little too high up for my taste. The base for the pencil is great for making sure you donât misplace it. You do need to make sure that when youâre calibrating the display that youâre hitting your pen EXACTLY on the red dot or less it will be slightly offset. After a little bit I found myself having to lover the brightness on the screen because my eyes are sensitive and I started to get a headache.Overall:I think itâs a really great pen display for the price that itâs at for artists of all skill levels. I do with the resolution was a little bit better but after a while you donât really notice it. If you want to get into the world of pen displays and on-screen drawing without completely putting a hole in your pocket this is the tablet for you. I donât think you can really go wrong with this especially for how big the working space is. I will definitely be recommending this to anyone who asks me for a good pen display.

Best bang for your buck
So here’s my review of this Huion tablet:First of all, I love how easy this was to set up. You just plug the three in one cable and it connects super fast and just download the driver from their site. Plus, it’s also a great way to keep cable management under control. Just be aware that if you use a newer MacBook that only supports USB-C you’ll need a dongle to connect it with the included three in one.I’ve been using this for a few days straight for both my professional and recreational work. The Tablet is quite large but that’s exactly what I was looking for so that I can get close to my projects. The resolution is capped at 1920×1080, a bit smaller than what I’m used to at 2560×1440, a really great size for someone who doesn’t have a large monitor and steal for the price! The screen feels really nice to draw on and really easy to use with the keyboard as there aren’t any hotkeys on the sides, which I prefer. The pen has a fantastic response to the tablet and very easy to use and no batteries. I enjoy how lightweight this is compared to their Huion Battery Pen P68 Digital Pen and they kept the programmable buttons on the side. I’ve pretty much stopped using my mouse because of this how easy the pen is to do my daily work. The glove does exactly what it needs to do and keeps the screen clean and blocks touch input, but I do have larger hands so I have to opt-out in getting a larger one as it squeezes my fingers and gets uncomfortable after 30 minutes of work.I’m coming off using a Wacom Intuos 3 so it was a very easy transition to switch over. I’m extremely happy with my purchase just wish the resolution was a bit higher but then I would have to pay a premium for that.***I’ll add photos later 🙂

Nice!
I got to say I am impressed. I got this tablet because It was 120-170 dollars cheaper than the kamvas pro 20 depending on a used or new version of the later. I was concerned before the tablet came that maybe I should have forked the extra money over. However, I looked in depth at the specs of both. Everything is the same except for a few small things, like the pro having buttons, slightly less parallax, and lamination on the screen (not sure what that means). Otherwise beside those three things, the specs where the same. Same rps, same pen, same pen tilt, same size screen, same resolution, same pen pressure, same color spectrum, etc. Now, I don’t use the button on tablets. I prefer to use the keyboard shortcuts or a wireless number pad. So That gets booted off the list of extras that might make the extra 120+ worth it for me. Next the parallax. That refers to the space between the pen tip on the screen and where the courser shows up on the screen. I was expecting a huge space. I mean right? If this tablet is that much cheaper the parallax must be a bit of a nuisance. My last pc screen tablet, the XP-Pen 22h, had awful parallax. I had gotten it after having a small Wacom Cintiq 13’in because I wanted a larger screen. The difference was was noticeable for me. Annoyingly so. So I was anxious for this tablet. I currently use an Ipad Pro for my portable art. Another reason I was nervous for this tablet The Ipad has next to no parallax and I was afraid that this would just be awful next to that. However, upon comparing them, while there is a small bit of parallax on the Kamvas 20, it’s hardly noticeable unless you purposefully look for it. So while I would prefer none, this ain’t bad at all! 100 times better than I was expecting. Lastly is screen lamination. The Kamvas 20’s screen is matte. That’s all I need. I am not sure what lamination means in this context, but as far as I know I don’t miss it haha.So for me I suppose the main decider for me between the two tablets is the parallax really. While I would prefer to have as little as possible, and it sounds like the pro 20 must have less that the plain 20, I can’t justify the price difference with that. Maybe if it was only a 25ish dollar difference, I would upgrade. But at this price, (I bough the Kamvas 20 at $400) I just simply can’t justify the extra money. Especially since I then used that extra money to order a non-screen graphics tablet from Huion, one of their nicer ones too. This way if I am tired or want my had out of the way of the piece I am painting I can lean back and keep going at it. Had I gotten the Pro, I don’t think I would have gotten the graphics tablet. At least not one as nice or effective. When it comes down to it, I think that this is the best graphics tablet for the price that I have seen, and I am very happy with it. 🙂

The product arrived in an obviously damaged box, and after trying to get it to work – the screen was broken and the display would not turn on (even though Windows recognized it as both a display and the pen input was working).
