Customers say
Customers find the landline phone has good sound quality, is easy to hear, and is of good quality for the price. They appreciate its functionality, ease of setup, and clear visibility. The red LED light on the phone and bright backlight are also praised. While some customers like the features and visibility, others feel it lacks value for money.

I love these phones, to me they top all other brands. The nice boost hearing feature, speaking caller id, large print, convenient storing etc.

Phone system review,
The best system wireless set up I have found. Great for visually (flashing red light and voice notice of who is calling) and hearing limited people. (volume and tone controls with speech slow down feature too). It has all the great features and a wide range volume and tone controls with. Sound quality is great I have 4 wireless extensions and all work beautifly in a 2,000 sq ft home. I highly recommend this one. I accidently blocked a good phone no. It was difficult to figure out how to unblock it. I just added the number and name to the phone directory and also the speed dial option and the block was off. I would suggest not using the block feature much as the scam callers mis identify the calling numbers constantly which negates the block feature anyway. I just listen to who is calling or read it on the phone display and my cable co puts it on my TV screen as well. I just don’t p/up. Anyone important will leave a message. The message recording is easy to use at any of the remote phones or the base station too. I highly recommend this wireless phone system for a land line served facility.

So after TONS of research for my grandparentsâ¦
SUMMARY AT ENDI spent a few weeks, researching phone brands for elderly people.A typical phone will last to user anywhere from 6 to 12 years.Thatâs a long time for someone aged 80plus.It may sound morbid, but it could possibly be your last phone you ever purchase and if thatâs the case, I highly recommend that this be the last phone you purchase. This product has wonderful volume levels, hooks up to hearing aids! Gets better hooks up to my grandmas and my grandpas separately so they both work upon calling or answering. Also this phone has TONS OF FEATURES!The ability to press SLOW TALK button is wonderful for when my mother calls them as she is a super fast talker and this puts a slight delay making the speech able to be heard.Great battery life as well!I love that it flashes upon ringing.Itâs easy to block a spam caller!Too Long Didnât Read;THIS IS THE BEST PHONE YOU CAN BUY FOR PEOPLE EITH HEARING AIDS AND HARD OF HEARING. It has so many features the average user will never use but they can if they want to!The ability to slow talking down is everything!

Best Phone for Hearing impaired
This is a great phone ,easy to setup and use. The ringing is loud and the red LED light on the phone make it is nice to see. The price is a little high but worth it to have all the features that I needed.

Newer isn’t always better
Looking forward to upgrading our existing wireless set up, but Vtech system is a disappointment. With user manual in hand we have tried to get handset to function as we want. Once we found the Settings key, we were still unable to mute the base ringer and still have handsets (all 5 of them) ring. Haven’t given up yet but we needed a break from all the ‘bells and whistles’. FRUSTRATING.

It really does marvels.
If you are almost deaf, this is the phone for you. I had purchased a regular panasonic phone. I had hoped that replacing a much older version would make hearing easier. In fact it was worse than the old one. So then I got this one. It is terribly expensive but I can carry on a conversation whereas I could not with other phones. It is stunningly better than other panasonic models (if you are near deaf).

Shame on me for purchasing a second time
I bought these phones for my mom, who is now 101, because of the louder volume and it appeared easier to read the screen. The first set of phones just stopped working. I never know why. After a couple years, thought Iâd come back and try again. One of the hand sets shows that the battery is fully charged, but the minute you pick up the handset and try to dial the phone, the phone dies and the screen goes blank. I called customer service and they were useless. Itâs a lot of money to spend for a phone and the customer service is just atrocious. Shame on me for buying them a second time, but there arenât many options for the hearing and visually impaired.

Best phone for seniors
We purchased a regular Panasonic phone and had to return it because we could not hear even with speaker on. We can hear very good on this phone and love it.
