As good as advertise…
So far, no problems at all. Very fast and responsive, performing well under some heavy demanding resources apps. The SSD capacity it’s a plus, processor and RAM mid-range to top. Overall, it’s a good laptop, battery life good under normal/standard use, sturdy built, very lightweight and portable, nice full keyboard, and definitely you’ll get your work done with some style.

Arrived very quickly. Very quiet and fast. Doesn’t appear to get hot during operation. Setup is straight forward but kind of slow which is to be expected. So far so good. I would recommend this laptop.

6 months in and bullet proff
6 months into this laptop and so far itâs been bulletproof. Iâm had on computers as I do a lot of coding (Rust & Python). I needed a lot of memory for big datasets 1m rows is not uncommon for one of my projects. This laptop handles it very well. Would have liked it if it was a touchscreen but such is the computer market.

Truly disappointing
I’ve had this computer for a little over a week now. It’s zippy enough, I’ll say that for it. But the battery life is dreadful. Two and a half hours on a charge. Kind of makes it useless as a portable because I’ll always have to carry the charger with me.This is from the product description:”The laptop offers all-day battery life with up to 9 hours and 15 minutes of usage on a single charge, as per the manufacturer’s claims. This allows for uninterrupted productivity without needing frequent recharges.”Also, the speaker sound quality is inferior. Not even as satisfactory as the sound on my tablet. Good points are its generous RAM and SSD capacities, but I’m seriously considering returning it. Will send a copy of this review to the seller and come back when (and if) I receive a reply.UPDATEThe seller did not respond to the review I forwarded to them. And I , unfortunately, did not return this equipment within the allotted time. The battery life, when I changed the the power scheme from Best Performance to Balanced, is four hours. If you’re planning on using this machine as a desktop replacement (always plugged in), you might find it satisfactory. But if you plan on using it as a portable, you’ll be disappointed because you’ll always have to carry the power pack with you. I’m sorry that I’ll be living with equipment that doesn’t work as advertised. I’m even more sorry to have dealt with a seller that does not care for their customers.

Struggling Machine
The unit restarts almost every day and sometimes a couple of times a day. I have worked with HP on it and they have not figured it out yet. It goes to sleep but restarts when it tries to awaken.
