Solid Renewed condition
Taking this out of the box feels like new and setting up functions cant tell a difference. Good size screen and keyboard for myself and needs. Everything functions properly, looks great. If anything changes I’ll update. But so far I’m super satisfied. When going renewed everyone’s experience might be different but professional services do repairs to a specific standard.

Fast, sleek, love the feel, an amazing buy
I bought this laptop for use in my new home-based business. My old computer was slow. This one is amazingly fast, and I love that it has Windows 10 Pro. I have seen this same computer listed at Walmart for $1500, and this computer has everything I need. Setup and update was the fastest and easiest I have ever experienced on any computer.I have only had this for a few days, so I’m sure I will discover even more features as time goes by, but for now, here are my favorite things about this computer.
I will say it would have been nice if it had a touch-screen, but with all this laptop’s good features and qualities, I adapted very quickly to not having a touchscreen.I am sure there are a lot of other things to love about this laptop, which I will discover over time. I will keep updating this review as I find more awesome features. I was a little nervous about getting a refurbished computer, but I am so glad I did. I never could have gotten this caliber of a computer within my budget, and it is what I needed. This is the best investment I have made into my new business so far.I use this computer for office and business-related tasks. I put it through a pretty good load with a lot of multitasking during use, in ways my old laptop could not tolerate. It seems to have the resources to handle everything I throw at it. I was thinking I would just buy a lower-cost laptop for now, then get a more expensive one once I get my business off the ground, but this one is a keeper!I do not know how this would perform for gaming, as I am not a gamer and have never tried any gaming. I just know it has everything I wanted in a laptop for business needs. If you need a computer for work or just for general everyday use, I highly recommend this one.

Excellent computer, but not sure if battery was refurbished
I was pleasantly surprised at how well this computer performs. At $150, I did not expect much. However, this computer has outperformed my expectations in almost every category. My one disappointment is that the battery drains very quickly. I suspect, that this unit was cleaned well, given a fast SDD, reformatted with an operating system, maybe some ram upgrade and labeled as refurbished. I do not think the battery was replaced, which to me, seems like a basic refurbishment requirement. I would even pay a bit more for a good battery. To be honest though, I leave this laptop plugged in most of the time, so it’s not a game changer for me, but I was surprised when a refurbished product came with a less than ideal battery.Pros:FastEverything works smoothlyCon:Battery does not seem like it was replaced

Great Laptop
The delivery time was off but I am happy I got it. It was greatly secured when coming to me and no damage was done to the laptop. The Charger is in great condition and have great battery life. I use it for work from home and the performance is better good. I just had one issue and I had an issue with updating but went on YouTube and got it fixed. But otherwise great quality for the price.

Buyer Beware!!!
Received the product in a timely fashion. Had Windows on it. First boot up, Cortona talked me through set up. I had a Microsoft account already. Installed personal software on it. Luckily, kept my personal files from my prior laptop on a flash drive. Used product for three days and while in the middle of being on a website, it crashed. Got a Blue Screen error. Then got Black screen when I tried to reboot. Took it to local Geek shop. Below is their message of what was wrong with it:”The laptop’s SSD was formatted using the MBR partition format instead of GPT, completely opening it up for failure as MBR can easily cause data corruption and as a result, boot issues. GPT stores the data and way the partitions are organized in a more secure way in order to prevent corruption. We were able to run chkdsk and sfc, two commands within the Windows command prompt on an external system in order to fix the corruption in the boot files of the drive. We then ran a program built into windows to convert your drive from MBR to GPT to ensure this does not happen again.Your total service charge will be $249 (minus the $59 diagnosis fee, you will owe $190 upon pickup of your device). “I spent more to get it fixed than I paid for it. The total out of pocket for me, I could have bought a brand new laptop.I will have to fight with seller and Amazon on making this right to me. I am keeping it because I have no other computer.

Sweet little laptop
The is a really nice little laptop was lifecycled out before it had to many hours on it (my opinion). Upon arrival and setup in noticed issues with the touch pad causing the mouse to freeze when it was plugged into AC. I updated BOIS and drivers etc. Nothing would resolve this. I took a chance on a $19 replacement AC Adaptor I bought here on Amazon and that fixed it. When i got the laptop, it had some issues with keyboard and having trouble connecting to wifi. I contacted the seller, which they responded almost immidiately, and offered me an replacement. The replacement works amazing.

El producto llegó dos dÃas antes de lo esperado, el teclado es inglés pero eso no evita que se pueda escribir con acentos o con la letra ñ o Ã, ahora mismo estoy escribiendo desde la laptop y aquà está la muestra. Al principio el teclado no parecÃa funcionar del todo pero con el uso de un par de dÃas las teclas ya responden de manera normal.Para aquellos curiosos de Linux les comento que yo ni siquiera configuré el sistema operativo de Microsoft, sino que nada más encender probé una live iso de Manjaro para revisar los drivers open source y después de ver que todo funcionaba le instalé Arch Linux. El equipo va muy bien y es muy rápido asà que no puedo estar más satisfecho.

What a wonderful purchase. The item came looking like new. I prepared myself for a used item to be cosmetically not so great but this was clean and shows no wear marks. So far everything seems to be working as it should. I have a PC in my office and only wanted something smaller and light to use elsewhere. The screen is bright, clear and graphics seem great. Nice light, compact unit. and surprise, it has a touchscreen! Love that feature. I had a question and went on Amazon help, had an agent call me back immediately and answer my question quickly and efficiently. I will definitely shop renewed items on Amazon again.
