I like everything about this phone except the weight. the speaker is cool, long lasting battery, and runs fast! Ive had the phone for almost a year now, and I will never buy anything other then a Ulfone ever again!

I recently bought the Ulefone Rugged Smartphone, Power Armor 16S as a gift for my son, and I have to say, it’s been a great choice so far. The phone’s 9600mAh battery lasts a long time, which is perfect for my son’s busy days. Plus, with 16GB of RAM and 128GB of external storage, he has plenty of space for all his apps and photos. I also love the fact that it’s rugged and can handle falls â it gives me peace of mind knowing his phone is protected. The only downside is that it doesn’t accept eSIM cards, so I had to order a regular SIM instead. However, the support team and the reseller on Amazon were really helpful and walked me through some troubleshooting tips. Overall, I think this phone deserves a solid 5 stars, especially considering its affordable price point.

This is a nice phone so far, just very big and heavy. It is a Samsung but runs like an apple, very confusing if you don’t know apple phones.

I wanted to love this phone, the RAM upgrade was well needed and that alone would have solved 1 of two big issues (the second is that it had no DAC chip making it’s usage with headphones anemic in comparison to my iphone 6 despite the 16 series being marketed to music lovers) the Armor 16 Pro had. However visiting Bellingham (with an unlimited Canada-US data plan) from Canada it had almost no data to the point where even the map app would not run and that issue forced me to get a refund. There are other issues it had that the 16 pro did not such as the orange function button being kinda buggy (I have the short press as the flashlight and it would have inconsistent time delays that would backlog) and the mic had an awful echo that made calling difficult, all that the 16 pro didn’t suffer from. Asides from the mic I believe the rest are software issues since they also upgraded the OS from 12 to 13 and hopefully they get patched soon as I want to buy it again.

I love the phone. It was for my wife. The phone does everything it says it would do, the battery lasts a long time, the storage is huge, the dual sim is so convenient.y only complaint is that when we do video call via WhatsApp the volume is stuck on high. It does not seen to go down and I can’t find any way to turn it down eather.
