Great concept but only worked for a couple of weeks
The quality of the arm itself is good enough to hold my phone with its case and to move around with ease for a while. I have mine on a moveable stand that holds my iPad and a ring light. I use the third connector for this boom/adjustable arm.The main problem is the poorly built leg or neck at the bottom/tail of the arm that has to be inserted into the clamp or swivel. Itâs made of an easy to bend material, maybe aluminum.Even if the arm bends well or works well, it wonât matter if the leg/neck of it bends or breaks ð¤·ð½ââï¸ð¤¦ð½ââï¸ it wonât hold nothing.

Great product
I was confined to my hospital bed for a week. I knew this prior to arriving, so I selected this articulated phone holder. It has been perfect, allowing me to lay flat on my back while holding my phone in virtually any position. I was able to clamp it to my tray table, and position the phone directly above my head, allowing me to either type, browse, or watch movies. I can see plenty of uses for this stand once I am released from the hospital. It has multiple points of articulation so getting your phone in the right position is easy. It does take two hands to make major adjustments. Once adjusted it will easily hold that position. I am quite happy with this purchase.

Works fine, somewhat restrictive
It’s definitely restrictive, especially at the head, and difficult to position, but is much sturdier than the goose necks. The ball-and-socket joint at the head is super weak and buckles easily, but the other joints are very tough and don’t buckle under weight.

Hello my fellow Amazon users!I ordered this holder for my phone on 20 October 2024 and it was promptly delivered on 23 October 2024. I was EXTREMELY impressed with the quality of the phone holder and the way it worked, the mechanics of it all! The couple of items that I needed to assemble were easy to put together using the included instructions, and I had my new phone holder up and going in only a couple of minutes. Literally!Shortly before Thanksgiving, while putting my cell phone into the cradle, I squeezed the clamps that hold the phone securely in place a bit too hard, causing the right clamp to snap and break off. I honestly didn’t know I was being that aggressive with it, but when I thought back I remembered that you don’t have to squeeze the two clamps together very hard for them to do their job!I was saddened by my poor judgement and reasoning behind me squeezing the clamps together so hard that I broke one, when there was no reason whatsoever to do so. I just wanted to make sure my phone was securely in place and got overly paranoid about it falling out of the cradle, for no reason whatsoever.I got busy with Thanksgiving Holiday preparations and the phone charger incident became a memory until family members wanted to do a video chat call to catch up before the Holiday. That’s when I remembered what I did to the phone holder and that it was no longer usable.I figured the time to talk to someone to find out my options, if any, had passed since the Amazon window/deadline for returns had passed on 22 November 2024 and it was now 23 November 2024.But I took a shot and sent LISEN an email using the “Get product support” tab, located right next to the item on the “Your Orders” page on my Amazon account. (The “Get product support” tab was a bold and bright yellow color, which makes finding it incredible easy!)I sent an email to LISEN customer service on a Saturday, so it was Monday, 25 November 2024 at 1:00 am when I received a reply.In the email from LISEN Global Customer Support Team to me, team member, Leo, started out by stating how much he appreciated taking the time to write to them and how sorry he was that I wasn’t “completely satisfied” with their product I received. Also stating that he would like to help me and requested I take pictures of what happened and send them to him so he could share them with their quality control department at LISEN.He then stated that LISEN wants me to have a great experience with their products and that he would be happy to offer me a replacement! All I had to do was email him back what I wanted them to do and he would see that my request would be quickly taken care of!With Thanksgiving the next day, and with all the cooking, eating, family, more eating, chatting and reminiscing, and even more eating, I was unable to respond to Leo until 5 December 2024 at 1:47 pm. I attached the 2 pictures I took of the broken clamp, asked if a replacement unit was still an option, and gave my mailing address just in case.I received a prompt reply on 6 December 2024 at 1:54 am, which Leo stated a replacement unit has been ordered for me and it is currently on the way to me, included the Order ID number, and informed me the estimated delivery time is 3-6 business days!The process of contacting their customer service for my issue was easy, the promptness of their replies was lightening fast, and the ease of completing the few things requested of me was unbelievably simple and took very little of my time, all to make sure that any future products would be better than the ones before and to let me know they want me to be happy and have a great experience with their products.Because of how professional, knowledgeable, sympathetic, courteous, and helpful Leo at LISEN Global Customer Support Team has been during the entire process, and the undeniable fact that LISEN ACTUALLY STANDS BEHIND THE PRODUCTS THEY SALE AND HAVE TOP-NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE, I’ve given this a 5-Star Rating, and I WAS EXTREMELY HAPPY TO DO SO!You will be hard-pressed to find a better company, who stands behind their products 100%, with a better customer service support team than LISEN!

Amazing customer service!
I love this phone holder, itâs sturdy enough and has good range of motion. However, I havenât had it long and this grip for the clamp has started to move, it wonât be long until it comes off and Iâll either have to glue it back on or the clamp wonât secure properly.Edit: Shortly after posting my review, the seller contacted me wanting to make sure I was satisfied with their product. They sent me a new one which is perfect! Thank you!

The product itself was poorly engineered where the base and the neck meet. The hole was way too big and I had to reinforce it with tissue from day 1. It eventually broke one night and landed on my head, talk about a rude awakening. I was able to get in touch with their customer service via e-mail to let them know of the problem. I asked for just the base replacement but instead they sent me an entirely a new unit. This one was updated and the neck actually fit in the hole and I compared it to the old design which was improved in many ways.I give the product only 3 stars because I havenât used it yet being that I just got my replacement today. However, I would be remiss not to mention their customer service from Alisa who provided prompt service and effective communication that resulted in an entire product replacement without any hassle. For that reason, I will give this product another try.

Love the range of motion and solid mounting vice on this thing. Smart design allows for locking in many angles for lots of flexibility. Already shot 3 videos and I have no complaints there. Super easy to maneuver and collapses into a small size for storage. The arm itself is solidly built but my one complaint is on the phone mount itself, the side “wings” that lock the phone in place are on the flimsy side and I could see them being the failure point on this item down the road. That said, hard to fault this thing for the price!
