Good Looking, Compact, and Effecient Micro ATX Case
Review of the MicroATX Dark Tint TG version of the Meshify C.Going towards my second build, I upgraded from an old, budget, acrylic side panel ATX case so it was daunting to build in a smaller case but extremely exciting to get the quality upgrade of tempered glass and Fractal Design’s amazing case features.Parts/Cable Management: In my opinion, the Meshify C Mini’s compact form factor and ability to hold and manage feature packed parts in a clean and organized way is what blew me away. I managed to mount my Corsair H100i CPU cooler radiator on the front of the case for optimal CPU cooling, comfortably fitting my GTX 1080 (10.5 inches) on my mATX motherboard, all while keeping cables clean and not impeding airflow. The SSD bracket behind the motherboard keeps them completed hidden and easy to get cables to. Then the full length power supply shroud and the removable hard drive cage allow for a ton of room to manage cables in the back all while staying hidden from the tempered glass viewing window.Looks/Build Quality: The tinted tempered glass is the highlight in my opinion. It provides a clean stealthy look from the sidewhen off, while providing a dimmer but beautifully clean RBG shine when powered on. The overall build is strong with solid, grippy feet. The mesh on the front, bottom, and top are an awesome feature for dust management.Airflow: No complaints on airflow. My CPU cooler’s radiator is monted on the front with two 120mm intake fans and three 120mm exhaust fans on the top and back. All tempts are solid with my GTX 1080 at 100% usage not flinching on long play times. The front mounted radiator allows my CPU to also get great tempts as fresh air first moved through there.Noise: This is probably the only category this case does not excel in. As one can imagine with the many perforations and mesh for airflow and dust management, there will be noise output when the system fans are cranked. But a nice pair of headphones removes this worry completely. Conclusion: A 10/10 mATX case. But with all cases, do your research in regards to what parts (length/size) will comfortably fit.

Great PC Case that will Showcase a Great Build
Although the case is a bit smaller compared to other Mid Tower cases, the air flow is great as advertised, everything was able to fit with minimal issues. I actually bought it because itâs not an oversized mid-tower, but a bit smaller than my old corsair case. My home is small and tight so reduced size was a selling point to me. Not disappointed! The only challenge I had was the cable management took a bit of effort. There was ample room in the back behind the motherboard to run cabling with zip tie downs and factory provided velcro ties. But oh boy, itâs a bit of work running cabling to both look decent AND not restrict air flow, in a case thatâs not a full tower beast. In the end I love the size of the case, itâs very nice in white which greatly accents the lighting. My AIO liquid cooler fits the front of the case so I am glad this case has the mesh front to pull air in via this setup. From what I read and saw on videos, the 240MM Radiator on the top of the case was NOT an option with some motherboards, and when I had the board installed I decided to see if this would be the situation with my build. Sure enough it was too tight I didnât even attempt it so I went right to the front Radiator install, no issues as cooling is perfect (see HWINFO Screenshots). Temps are the lowest I have had in any prior build. As for noise… what noise? Each generation the fans get quieter and this case I hardly know it’s even running. Color me impressed. It’s both quiet and cool. The dust filters seem to be built well and remove easy enough, although effectiveness will be seen over time. I live in a dusty environment, with pet hair. I am not going to be happy if the case gets dirty inside, but Iâve yet to see even the best case filtration stop all dust. I love the window, itâs NOT tinted, it is glass, and looks beautiful inside lit up. If you get this case, enjoy it, you will not regret the purchase. My only advise, if u buy a modular PSU be sure to anticipate all your power needs prior to completing your build, as the back of the PSU is not really accessible below the shroud at the bottom. It’s a challenge just getting my fingers in that tight space. I am planning to eventually add a SSD backup drive internally, and I added a SATA cable just in case, which is not connected yet. Price-to-Performance is Great
Good Things:-Great airflow and filters where they need to be (three total). The manual doesn’t say it but you CAN fit one 140mm and two 120mm in the front intake. (Vs. three 120s or two 140s). I put a black 140 mm Noctua fan above the two included fans and it’s a great all-black look. This might not work for you if you want RGB fans in the front and want them all to match.-White color is very sharp.-I’m 98% satisfied with the build quality. Everything is where it needs to be and the included hardware is great. There is one tiny spot where the sheet metal is bent but it is one little corner behind the plastic white front piece and isn’t visible. I could probably bend it back but it’s near a rivet and might loosen the piece.-Cable management is great, plenty of room behind the motherboard for anything you want to do.-Room for almost everything. I haven’t completed my build yet so I can’t post pictures but the case, although on the smaller size, DOES FIT an EVGA 2080 FTW3. This is not a small card by any means. Additionally, you can put three fans on the front AND fit two 3.5″ drives in the bottom compartment as long as your PSU isn’t massive.”Meh”s:-The very front of the case around the large black intake is plastic (one big white piece, where the buttons are). I understand that getting this piece in metal would bump up the price significantly but I’m just noting it.-That bent metal piece. But this literally affects nothing.I’m going to update this if there are any problems throughout the case’s lifespan.UPDATE: From May to December, everything is great. No regearts on the purchase.

A really very very good case to work with. And really satisfying results afterwards. It seems a bit expensive for what others have to offer in the same price, but fractal more than makes up for everything with the quality of materials. The design choices that make it so easy to work with. Then the cable management is well though of. Every piece of the case is modular. And can be adjusted to the way you want. And design elements are subtle. Yet really look good when put together. One of the best experience so far working with a case. And the airflow is pretty good too. I am running 3X120mm fans in front for intake. And 1x120mm for exhaust at the back. And 2 up top. My cpu GPU and vrms all stay cool under long heavy load sessions as well.

Was very happy with the included velcro loops and zip-ties to help manage cables on the back. The tempered glass and heavy metal design is very robust and feels great to build in. A tad heavy, but at least it doesn’t feel cheap or plastic-eee. Included magnetic dust filter for the top portion is a nice plus cuz i like to have alot of airflow in my build so its nice to know its not just sucking straight dust all the time. Would definately build in this case again! Just keep in mind its not the cheapest option. That being said, still well worth the money as i know the quality will last me a long time. First purchase from Fractal Designs and i would happily visit other options made by them in the future.

This thing is amazing. Cable management easy as pie/intuitive. Fan options best in class. Fit finish for 100$ case sublime. Looks are killer. Happy I got the white one.Important about the whole only 2 spaces for hard drives. Thats not exactly accurate – there are 2 main slots for Traditional 3.5 HDs (or you can just add 2ssd or well once of each like i do). But here is the thing.. on the outisde panel where you mange the cables there is a plate that is specifically build so 2 additional Ssd hds that can be put there. So the true total is 4 drives secured to the case (2hds/2ssd, 1/3 or 4ssds whatever). I almost cancelled my order and was going to get the devo? Or whatever is the pricier big brother of the meshify because isnt feel like have loose floaty ssds in the main case compartment (would look terrible) but was happy to see didnt need too.Maybe I totally missed in in the decriptiom of the prduct but I dont thinks its ever properlly explained anywhere or made obvious and find pretty stupid. Anyways 5/5 would buy again (side note: max video card 12â any longer and wont fit in the case with fans at the front. If tou remove the front bottom fan then maybe 12.5â/13â for the videocard space until you hit the front on the case) I just got the rx 590 sapphire nitro its 10â its blue and it looks fits/great.

I have been searching for the best mATX case that preserves both the compact aspect of MicroATX but also keeps all the functionality. I stumbled upon a bunch of people recommending this case from Fractal Design, and although it was slightly outside my price range, I decided to splurge a bit and see how great this case is. Honestly, after building my first PC in it, the case is absolutely awesome.Let’s start with the advantages of this case. It’s a beginners dream. Included in the accessories of the case are a few cable ties with help with cable management. Moreover, on the back of the case there are routing grommets as well as tracks with velcro to help keep all your cables in order. As a beginner, it was amazing to have this functionality as it made cable management that much easier. The build quality on this case is also impeccable. Every single part of it feels sturdy and is well constructed. Lastly, the opportunities that you have with this case are endless. You have the option of putting 3 120mm fans in the front, 2 fans on the top, and 1 fan on the top. The airflow capabilities of this thing are insane. You also get a power supply shroud making this whole build really clean. In terms of disadvantages of the case, there aren’t many, but there are a few. The tinting on the tempered glass is just a bit too dark for my liking. Without a lot of lighting inside, you are unable to see your components that don’t have lighting. Moreover, due to the mesh nature of the case, there is a lot of fan noise that can be released from the case.At the end of the day, this case is an absolute. Although it is on the expensive side, the advantages you get over cheap cases make this worth it. None of the disadvantages are deal breakers as they are really just a matter of personal preference
