Tough phone at a great price!
My husband is very hard on phones. I have purchased Ulefone phones for him for the last 15 years or so. He even had one fall off his jeep at 55 mph and it worked when we found it! The battery life and being waterproof are the two things he likes best.

Sturdy but a bit buggy
I bought this for my mom, she dropps her phone about 50 times a day and this one seems to survive that. There seems to be some issues with the software, when trying to swipe your finger from bottom up it works once every few times. Aside from that it seems like a decent phone for the price

The worst phone I ever bought.
I bought this on the shear fact that it claimed to be for rugged use. I have had refurbished Samsungs that have lasted years longer than this phone Ive had for months. I drop every phone I’ve ever own constantly, this one’s screen have gotten the point where pieces of the screen have began to break away from the phone. I also dropped into the water once and the “armor” has since began to come of the phone

Rugged & Night Vision
I’m not much of a cell phone user. Kind of a situation where “I’m an hour late, so maybe I should call someone”, so the X13 is more than enough for me. I like the rugged phone with ‘under water’ capability (it’s not a sealed dive camera, but if I drop it in a puddle when hiking it should survive). The IR Night Vision capability is neat (it’s not a true IR camera that can see the long wave heat image), but it can see about 20 feet in total dark due to its IR illumination source.This is the second Ulephone I have purchased. The first one developed a problem about a year after the warranty ran out. I didn’t really expect a reply, but I contacted Ulephone about the issue. Within a few days I had a reply offering to give me a discount on a new phone, so I got the X13. Excellent customer service.Don’t really know about Battery Life since I have not used it continuously without charging, but 6320mAH should be excellent for my use.

super laggy… but nightvision is neat.
Had I known the phone would be this slow and that basic web search functions lag so badly I probably would have spent more money on a better model but considering it does all the functions I needed I’ll keep it until I end up needing to replace it, but it’s so laggy during normal use that I had to disable Google’s voice to text as well as Google’s swipe keyboard and install Microsoft swipe because it was less bloaty, but the phone is still excruciatingly slow. Really the only nice feature about the phone is I did not realize it has a night vision camera. Honestly I probably should have just spent the extra money and gotten another black view phone which are much more rugged have longer battery life but cost more

Well built great product
This is the second phone, the first was updated by mine cell phone provider and it corrupted the phone.Ulefone was great they replaced my phone and had great service. I brought this phone because of the IR camera it is a feature I use all the time. Dieses Outdoor Handy ist robust. Der Akku und das Display sind groà und damit auch das Handy selbst. Auch ohne Schutzhülle, welche die Rückseite schützt und Halter für Gürtel und einen Karabinerhaken aufnehmen kann. Für das Display ist eine weitere Schutzfolie beigelegt. Das Android ist weitgehend unverändert. Es ist kein Gaming, aber ein praktisches Outdoor Handy. Besonders ist eine einstellbare Zusatztaste und dass das Gehäuse wasserdicht ist, macht sogar unter Wasser Fotos. Dafür sind die Anschlüsse mit Gummistopfen abgedichtet. Auch eine Kopfhörerbuchse ist vorhanden. Es passen zwei SIM Karten und eine SD Speicherkarte in den Halter, der nicht aus Plastik sondern Metall ist. Ein Ladegerät und Kabel werden mitgeliefert. Wireless laden gibt es nicht.
