Bragging rights
I know the saying is not to brag on anyone or anything because as soon as you do that’s when things go wrong. Well I must say, I beg to differ because this is not my first time ordering a a product from this company.Anker definitely has really good products. I literally feel like a little kid all over again opening up products by this company. I absolutely love the packaging and the details they put into the packaging designs.I have another charger by Anker its a USB C charger, I ordered it well over a year ago and I must say it’s still in amazing shape and working just as well as the first day.I love the fact that the plug boy end can fold up for a neat storage, plus it helps for the boy end of the charger not to get bent. I personally recommend this brand to anyone looking for sturdy chargers. Its sleek and very durable. You definitely will get a great quality charger.I noticed some of the reviews say that Anker is not a very good company in so many words. Though I can respect that everyone’s experience is different. I personally have had a wonderful experience thus far. I know own 2 chargers and cables by this company. I definitely will continue to give Anker my business.I can’t tell you how many times, I’ve been in a hurry needing to charge my phone and in the matter of 5 or 10 mins it definitely charges pretty fast. I’ve yet to be disappointed in this company after several years of buying products from Anker. It’s 5 stars for me Amazon folks, hopefully this helps.

Charges fast!
There is a constant blue LED, could be a problem if you are sensitive to light during the night. Perfect for charging my watch and my phone at the same time. Only takes an hour or two for a full charge!

Light and versatile, but the Type C port only puts out 45W.
Something to keep in mind with this particular charger is that the Type C port maxes out at 45W, with 15W leftover for the USB-A port. For a dual port charger it’s quite light, weighing about the same as the older (non-GaN) Powerport Speed 1 even though it’s 2/10 of an inch bigger in height and length. If you’re skittish about adherence to USB-IF standards, none of the newer chargers with PowerIQ, Quickcharge, etc. are compliant. Whereas some of the older like the Anker 60W PowerPort Speed 1 *are* USB-IF certified.Plus, it seems like the average person is unlikely to even notice a difference compared to Power Delivery unless they have a Quickcharge device and they’re staring at it with a stopwatch.Breakdown (Smallest to largest, left to right in group image):Anker 30W [Power IQ 3.0] PowerPort III mini, Power Delivery Type C Charger, Foldable Plug, 063 grams (2.2 oz), 2.0 x 1.7 x 1.1 inches.Anker 60W [Power IQ 3.0 & GaN] PowerPort Atom III, Power Delivery Type C Charger, 130 grams (4.6 oz), 2.4 x 2.3 x 1.1 inches.Anker 60W, PowerPort Speed 1, Power Delivery Type C Charger, 151 grams (5.3 oz), 2.5 x 2.5 x 1.1 inches.Anker 60W [Power IQ 3.0 & GaN] PowerPort Atom III, 45W Power Delivery Type C Port, 15W [PIQ 2.0] USB-A Port, 144 grams (5.1 oz), 2.7 x 2.7 x 1.1 inches.Anker 60W [GaN] PowerPort Atom PD 2, 2-Port Power Delivery Type C Charger, 30W each if both ports active. 180 grams (6.3 oz), 2.7 x 2.7 x 1.1 inches.Anker 60W, PowerPort Speed 1, 5-Port Desktop Charger, 30W Power Delivery Type C, 30W shared 4 USB-A Ports, 327 grams (8.3 oz) with the cord, 4.1 x 3.1 x 1.1 inches.

Anker awesome product better customer service. Thanks
PLEASE READ EDITINITIAL REVIEW: I spent a little extra to get a good brand and wanted a super faster charger for my s21 and this has a 45w charger, sadly it doesn’t do super fast charging pretty disappointed. Rather large as wellEDIT: 6/16/2021: turns out I ordered a 45 watt charger but not the proper one that has the right tech for Samsung and superfast charging. Turns out it might have been my error and not only that Anker saw my review, told me they were sorry and sent me a new charger and I received it quickly. They fixed an issue that really sounds like it might have been my fault. AwesomeThoughts on the proper charger: wow this thing is well made weight wise, it feels like picking up a bar of soap haha weird comparison I know, the charger itself is much smaller. The quality and look is top notch and super fast charging 2.0. What more can you ask for other than amazing customer service. This is a huge company that took the time to fix something like a 3 star review, that quite honestly was my fault. I will remember this and I will be recommending them always. I buy lots of phone accessories and work in the cellphone industry. Anker taking the time and effort will not be lost on me. Thanks so much for turning that around for me. I honestly don’t even know where the old charger is because it didn’t serve the purpose I had. I bought another Samsung 45 watt charger and I can say the Anker is nicer than the factory charger.

Does everything it promises. Update design please!
I use this product for charging at home and on the go. It’s lightweight and is able to charge my T480 and my Samsung S7 simultaneously, which is exactly what I was looking for. My one recommendation to Anker would be to update the design with something a little less Apple-y. I realize that many people are looking for an Apple-like design, but glossy/dull plastic combo looks a little odd to me, and I tend to prefer products with less writing (your logo is fine, just the labels on the ports are a bit overstated). Also, the plastic can scratch easy, especially considering chargers are prone to being dropped on the floor (if you have ever seen a dirty, scratched up Apple charger, you know what I’m talking about). For this reason, it would be great if you could offer a less scratch-prone and more minimalist design, or even if you offered charger cases (I’m serious — people will put a case on anything and you are the king of chargers). Otherwise though, the charger does it’s job and does it well. I would give 4.5 stars if I could.

Iâve bought only phone charging cables from Anker before. The way I use the device while connected has even killed one of the premium long lightning cables. This is the norm for entire industry it seems. However, I feel this company tries to do a good job, so I got this higher wattage (60W) charger from Anker as a sort of future proofing. It has one usb-A port and also a usb-c port (as industry is heading this way).Happy with it. Charges newer devices much faster. Doesnât get hot charging a phone. I also got a less expensive 20W charger from Anker that is great also.I kind of regret not getting higher wattage than 60 watt for slow charging full size laptops. I will do that next charger purchase from Anker.Overall my confidence in Anker has increased.

Bought this when I needed one with a USBC slot for my phone but needed the USBA for my Kindle. This one has not let me down yet. It charges very fast and efficiently via the USBC, the USBA seems slightly slower but by no means slow. The only drawback is that because of the size of the block it sometimes can be easier than I’d like to fall out of the wall socket. But this hasn’t been a big problem as long as I’m careful with how I set it up and only really is an issue if say I’m charging my headphones as their chord is very short and they’re big and heavy. When charging my phone or Kindle (especially if using a decent length chord) this has been a non-issue.Great product and will definitely be shopping Anker for my next one when I eventually need one.

This is a well designed versatile fast charger. The specifications are clear about its PD C type wattage, 45w, which is perfect for my Anker dongle connected to my MacBook Air M1. The dongle uses 15w and PD 30w to the Air. The other USB port can charge any phone or other small device. It’s my perfect travel charger. Unlike my 90w aukey omni 3 Port charger, this Anker charger will Not cut power to the PD C Port when you plug in another device on the USB A port. That’s the case of many fast Chargers I tested and it is very annoying. This one does what I need perfectly and reliablely. Strongly recommended. Those reviewers complaining this charger not output 60W on the PD C port are not right. They should read the specifications clearly before purchase and complaint. It is not Anker’s mistake.

I just bought an upgraded, that required a USB C plug, not a USB, so I bought an Anker smart plug that had 2 plugs, USB and USB C. It works great, charges quickly. Iâve read a lot of great reviews on Anker products, and they work well. These are well made, yes, Chinese, but very good quality. Their cables outperform similar standard Apple products. My wife has Anker ear buds, which also provide great value and performance.

2023/01 Update. Purchased 2001/12:———-Just looking to move to GaN III (aka GanPrime per Anker) and not impressed by the progress. This is an ‘older’ 60W charger (45W max on USB-C + 15 max on USB 3). It is a fast, not super-fast, charger. Has performed well with my S22U and TabS8U compared to Samsung 45W originals. Never used on any laptop–don’t carry them anymore. The Gan III (125W 737 is too long and the probable use of a ‘stability’ attachment is a no-go. The 65W 735 (also Gan III) is not much improvement over this for at least 2x the price. The second USB-C on either 735 or 737 port seems too compromised in terms of output.Bottom line, this is still a worthwhile buy in 2023 for a backup/lay-around charger. Take the hot sale!————————–I should give this five stars but I can’t. As a charger it addresses all that it should. I have not validated the electrical specs but I have used Anker before and I’ll take them at their word. I like that it is Micro-USB free. The USB-A is still a necessary port for now. USB-C PD: check! GaN Tech: check! My beef with this is the how it sits in the outlet. It sags. My outlets are fairly new (good) ones. The design should be improved so that it sits firmly and flat. It is a heavy charger, expectedly so, and that might make it a nuisance if you are using a public outlet–hotel, airport, or any foyer–that is worn. It may not make proper electrical contact or even even fall out. Something of a design oversight that compromises a perfectly good charger.I’m still keeping it.
