We bought this for our vision impaired neighbor. After a month of light use it has failed and I do not see any way to attempt to return or exchange it. She is nearly blind and when this failed it left her with no ability to dial emergency services for her or her very aged spouse. I do not recommend this product. I have repurchased elsewhere.

Update: to add that if you are purchasing to supplement,not replace, an existing landline phone setup you may need to buy a phone line outlet splitter so both phones can use the same line.REVIEW: Purchased for a relative with low vision. Easy to read buttons. Easy setup. Two buttons can be preprogrammed with auto dial numbers ( lift handset then press m1 or m2 to dial a preset number). It’s very light weight which makes it seem cheaply made but that may be an illusion. I think it will serve It’s purpose.
