i have purchased this for my daughter and i just used the Youtube Kids program but after 2 months it started freezing and touch screen becomes unresponsive even after a factory reset nothing has changed.. I am so disappointed with this buy.

Stopped working
I dont care how slow it is and how hard and how delay the touch screen is. Because of the price im expecting that much. But this tablet stopped working after 2 months, unresponsive touch screen that is stuck on “hello there” screen. Tried factory resetting by press and holding the power and volume up until it takes me to developer mode. But still not working after reset. Dont buy waste of money

After my daughter smashed her last tablet I was scared to purchase another one. But this tablet gives me peace of mind because it came with a case that fits perfectly and a screen protector on it already. Amazing âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸

Issues
My kid loves it but Iâve had multiple problems. I had to return it within the first week because it wonât work, and now it wonât turn on unless I put the charger in it but besides that it works really good but I wouldnât recommend buying it. I paid for a warranty and they said thereâs no warranty. They canât find it. My daughter had it for three months and got two of them and both of them broke so I wonât waste your my money on this item. if you bought it, I would return it ASAP. I bought the Amazon one a couple years ago for 40 bucks and it was way better. It is not worth the $80 I promise you that. The screen was nice and everything else about. It was nice. It just was not internally good.
