Not satisfied, I need a computer for work and thus is definitely no good, it doesn’t connect to my wifi, that’s a deal breaker.I received it today and it’s going back today.I got somebody who knows a lil more about computers and wifi is now operating.

Power cord my main issue
Bought it before Christmas and do like the big screen, the extra ram, and the 1 terabyte of rom, but am constantly having to fight with the power cord to make it charge. Otherwise, it’s a good product. I changed the OS to suit my likes. NO USB-C port and that’s a big negative. You won’t find ANY manufacturer name on it anywhere as well as a brand name. When asked what kind it is I often can’t remember the name. **** update**** no drivers on internet. Had to use iobit driver easy to find touchpad driver. I tried multiple driver finding programs and the ONLY program that found the touchpad is iobit. Back up your drivers and store them for later in case you have issues..

Battery life is extremely short & charged up to 89%
I love the 16GB & THE 1TB but I can charge it up overnight and the charge is never over 89%. the within 20 minutes of unplugging it the battery life goes down to 59%. It’s a fast computer. very light weight.
