Absolute utter garbage! Do not ever buy a computer from Amazon it will not work. Amazon and computers is a total joke! This computer had to be returned because it is total garbage!I in no way can recommend purchasing a computer from Amazon. Very bad idea. Purchasing this computer from Amazon and trying to load it up and get it to work has been an extremely huge hassle and I still donât know if itâs going to work. Iâve had to spend a ridiculous amount of the time on the phone with Apple to figure out what was wrong with this computer to get it to work again and load The new operating system. At this point it is not working! Amazon is also no help whatsoever in regard to dealing with Support issues.Buying this computer from Amazon is a huge mistake! There is still a likely chance Iâm going to have to return this because when they refurbished it they did not do it properly and there are issues with reloading the new computer. Warning! Do not buy a computer via Amazon ever!

Excellent Computer as Usual.
As far as I’m concerned Apple I-Mac computers are the best computers ever made because they are easy to use. Only one complaint. There was annoying delivery problem. It was suppose to be delivered on June 28th but it was delayed for some reason and it was delivered on June 30th.

I ordered this iMac in December. I’m always nervous about ordering refurbished Macs. A week after setting it up and transferring all my files I started having problems. Slow, freezing, unresponsive. I contacted Certified Macs and first they offered to have me return it which to me was not an option at that time. So they worked with me sending me instructions on trouble shooting and fixing the problem. They were patient, attentive, knowledgable and answered my questions immediately. It all worked out. So far everything is working as it should. I would order from Certified Macs again. And recommend them

Had an issue with the first BUT THEY MADE IT RIGHT
I was not happy when my ordered computer would not even turn on! Turns out it was simple mistake during refurb. Not only did they take the faulty unit back and report back why it didn’t work but, Ray from MacPro LA reached out personally and did everything he possibly could to fix the error. He was courteous and quickly sent a new computer with a few upgrades/extras. Thanks Ray for turning things for the better. Very strongly recommend these guys excellent customer service

Great so far
I received my Mac in great packaging and set it up in my office at offsite location and it running well. No issues at all with computer and I just upgraded again with recent updates. Satisfied for now will keep everyone posted. My suggestion if your buying a refurbished iMac make sure you get 16gig of Ram and 1T HD like I did. You can always get external hard drive for storage past 1TB.

Off the bat, I got the pinwheel spinning circle of death and it stopped working. Very, very dissapointed! My old Mac that I threw out did this and I had replaced the hard drive on the old one already. So I returned it, but it was 3rd party and had to pay 25.00 for shipping! I was mad. Then I called Amazon and they got seller to agree to print shipping label, but I had already sent it. After multiple calls to Amazon the seller initially agreed to reimburse shipping if I gave amount and tracking number, which I provided. So when weeks later I finally got my reimbursement for the computer, there was no shipping reimbursement!! Terrible customer service. Only through one liner emails. Donât buy through them. I was really upset and frustrated with the whole incident.

Purchased this as an Amazon Renewed. The only issue I had was that it has an older operating system and would mot permit me to update it. However, Apple helped me resolve that.
