Fantastic Buy for the Money
Very happy with my purchase. The computer arrived well packed and in pristine condition. The mouse and keyboard are aftermarket and not too thrilling, but the iMac itself is gorgeous and totally usable. As a lifelong PC user, I’m impressed with the longevity of the Macs, as well as the quality. I was easily able to upgrade to the latest operating system.The computer is a little slow at 8GB of memory, but they are upgradable. Unfortunately with the 21.5 inch models, it’s very involved and akin to performing surgery since the memory modules are underneath everything else. If I had known that, I would have gone with the 27 inch model, which are easily upgradable via a back hatch. Too bad the 21.5 doesn’t have that feature. Other than that, it’s a beautiful and useful computer, even 5 years after its release date.

Quality, happy with purchase
Great value. I purchased this after buying an LG monitor and tried to use it with my2017 Macbook. The pixels were fuzzy, the translation wasn’t great. So I opted to take a chanceand buy this refurbished Mac. Like new out of box. Gave it a software update macOS Monterey 12.4.Took a while to transfer everything- I use a combo of outlook, google, chrome. I’m stilladjusting. It’s great to have a nice big beautiful desktop. How was I working on an 11inmacbook on spreadsheets and presentations for so long? this is a game changer.It’s silly to complain about the keyboard and mouse that I see in so many review.Spend the money and get your self an apple keyboard and mouse. It’s apple after all. I’m stilladjusting the screen and contrast- hoping to get a sharper pixle. I actually thinkI may need new glasses for my eyes, to adjust to this screen. I will be reaching out totech support and will update this review when it is adjusted. I’m really satisfied. It’s this for$300+ or $1500 for a new mac desktop. Again, a fantastic option. I’m happy with my purchase.UPDATE FEB 2023: upgraded to ventura and it has become very slow. I understand that this model 2017-2019 Flash drive../ Hard drive has a physical spinning disk2017 – thatâs all they had and doesn’t perform as optimally as it should. The expert at the Apple genius bar suggested going to a 3rd party Apple repair to update the hard drive storage to a âSolid State driveâIt is at the apple store right now – they are downgrading back to BIG Sur to see if it will perform better. I’ll check the cost on that. If that service costs less than $300 I’ll do it. Otherwise, I’ll be in the market for a new mini mac with 10 core graphics card and buy a moniter. mini macs are @ $600 plus the cost of a monitor: $200-300. Or, the new 24 inch $1200. The resolution never really improved either on this one.. light on the pixels. I still don’t regret purchasing this at the time, it worked for my needs for a while for something under $500.

SO can a computer be sexy??
Update. Upgraded operating system to Monterey. Took a few tries but so worth it!! Can install apps and love the updated features . Itâs like a new computer at fraction of the price. Maybe not the fastest but good enough for me. Great deal on this 2017 Mac. Overall Iâm very happy with it. New to Mac so still learning. The screen is gorgeous. Canât install apps due to the older IOS, not sure if it could be upgraded to later one. Iâm not super techie or a gamer so it does everything I need it to do. I can have several windows open at a time and itâs pretty fast. But then coming from a 2009 dell itâs a huge upgrade(which still works fine, just too outdated). The only thing is every once in a while it bogs down and I have to do a restart or shut down and then itâs fine. Could be something Iâm doing, not sure. Oh and I like the keyboard and mouse, works great for me. I especially like the smaller size of the keyboard. Iâve actually been telling people about what a great deal I got on this computer so yeah Iâm happy!!

Worth the Price
I have been using this iMac for a few days now. It has not let me down! The Mac came in nearly perfect condition with just a small unnoticeable scratch on the lower left screen and frame, which does not bother me whatsoever. The Mac comes with macOS 10 so be prepared to update it to the macOS 12. This will, however, slow your Mac down a bit (but in all honesty it was a bit slow even with macOS 10). Mine takes a while to load after turning it on and some apps also take a while to load. However, once everything is up, itâs not too much of a problem. I primarily use Word and there have been relatively no problems, only a few keyboard lags here and there. Speaking of which, you will want to buy the Apple keyboard and mouse because what comes in the package is not very good. I received my package very soon, only two days after I ordered. Sound quality is excellent, especially after the software update. The video quality is excellent as well! So far I havenât had any critical problems. Upgrading software should be easy enough and I think the Mac is worth it especially since itâs refurbished and only about $300. Itâs great for students. But if youâre looking for something thatâs much faster, then I recommend looking at other options. Other than that, very pleased with the product.

I bought this imac 4 months ago. Pretty good price. I’m into month 4 of purchase and this thing is all over the map. It’s enlarged itself and I have to scroll manually from side to side to even read anything. I’m really disappointed with the performance and the awful look of the screen, plus all the time I spend scrolling from side to side just to be able to get any work done.Also, while reading my email on protonmail, the entire top of the screen has a complete line of strange icons that appear to be like little purple blocks.I’ve bought several refurbs in the past few years and have had good experiences but not wiith this one.

Tiene sistema operativo de 2017, no es posible instalar ningún programa con ese sistema, ni pages ni ningún procesador de texto. Asà que no tiene ninguna utilidad. Al quererla devolver, el costo de envÃo de regreso me dicen que debo pagarlo y cuesta $7800.00 pesos, más caro que la computadora!! Y Amazon quiere que yo lo pague. Es un vil fraude y el vendedor sigue haciendo de las suyas.

Ne garde pas les commandes données et les écritures au clavier . Ne peut pas être réinitialiser . La souris ne fonctionne pas bien et le clavier aussi . Pas compatibles avec l’écran MAC OS SIERRA 2016 .Ne peut pas entrer avec GOOGLE c’est écrit 403 ERROR ou 404 ERROR .Donc ne peut pas avoir de boîte courriel donc ne peut pasenvoyer et recevoir des messages .
