I got this for my elderly father because he keep stealing my mother’s. He loves it. The screen is beautiful and it honestly looks brand new. I will update if anything changes

iPad broke after 3 months!
This iPad broke not long after the 90 day warranty. There is no customer service to email and talk to about the problem. It completely crashed one day and has the red screen of death flashing. This cost just about as much as a new iPad..very frustrating!

Amazon Customers was horrible the first time I called
I purchase the Ipad pro on 2/13 from Amazon and received it on 2/21. The charger wasn’t working and contacted the Amazon customer was nasty.Nicholas from the Amazon representative was the last person who was assisted with kindness and true customers.

I was told it would come in excellent condition but when I received it, it was a price of trash, itâs was destroyed. It had a huge hole in the side and the back was disconnecting from the screen. Unacceptable for how much I paid, you would think it was something meant to be recycled! I would stay away from this.

My last iPad was 2015 so this is quite an improvement. The colours are great, the sound is much louder and clearer. I bought a Brydge keyboard to go with it so itâs like a laptop.
