Excellent excellent product!!! The MacBook I received was in PERFECT condition without a single scratch on it when it arrived. It looks and performs like itâs brand new, u cannot tell it is certified pre owned. Not only was the price ($830/$882 shipped via UPS 2 say air included) extremely reasonable for a 2018 MacBook Pro retina w/ a touchbar (which is awesome) with an Intel i5 dual-core 3.1GHz CPU with INTEL Iris plus 655 graphics card, 16GB 2133MHz LPDDR3 memory along with a 256GB SSD (Solid State Drive) making the computer lighting fast with zero loading times, boots up in under 20 seconds and Iâve upgraded from Mohave to MacOS Big Sur the day it arrived. This computer is in perfect mint condition without a blemish on it and itâs absolutely perfect for what I need it for. I was going to buy one brand new which is north of $1350+ dollars for a brand new one. Amazon saved me roughly $350-$400 dollars for a brand new MacBook that is basically the exact same machine with a different M1 cpu chip. Iâll take the savings every time.Thanks to the seller for their honesty and sending me a high quality product for my money, I love this computer. DONT DO IT!
WASTE OF TIME ! Ordered a 13â MacBook Pro with the Touch Bar…received a MacBook with no Touch Bar…Went to plus it in and I wouldnât even charge. Took to long to get. I return it the very next day. It took 2 weeks to get my refund. I tried communicating with seller but they ever responded. I ended up having to get Amazon involved If they canât even get the correct computer in the box makes me wonder how the hell they repair them. Never again!

Good buy
So far so good the retina display is amazing I love the Touch Bar and fingerprint scanner the sound is great it runs smoothly when playing Sims 4 with mods the battery life is good it has minor scratches on the outside that can be covered with a case the only issue Iâve had is when I updated the computer my charger stopped working had to get a new and that the computer arrived a day later than it was suppose too other than that itâs a great computer.

Everything looks fine, except battery life
Iâve been using this mid 2017 MacBook Pro (256GB, 8GB RAM) primarily for studying, browsing, and general day-to-day tasks. The laptop performs very well during regular useâit’s fast, responsive, and I haven’t experienced any delays or lag. While I haven’t tested it for video editing, itâs more than sufficient for university work and light browsing. Touch bar works good too.The Retina display is good, with great color accuracy and brightness. The laptop feels solid overall, and the opening mechanism is really smoothânot flimsy at all. As for charging, it charges quickly, but the battery drains just as fast. Under regular use, Iâm lucky if I get 2-3 hours before needing to recharge. It drains even faster under heavier use, so keep that in mind if youâre planning on using it for extended sessions.The laptop stays relatively quiet during useâthereâs no noticeable fan noise. I havenât tried all the ports, but the ones Iâve used so far work fine, and the laptop came with its original certification. The charger is in good condition, looks great, and functions properly.As for software, it came with macOS 10.8.2, but I did update it to macOS Ventura 14 on the app store, which is the latest version supported by this model. If youâre looking for a more up-to-date operating system, be sure to update to Ventura, as it’s the most recent version available for this machine.

Pleasantly surprised
I have had a MacBook since 2011. My old one just died and I searched for a new one. This one was the most economical although I was hesitant to get one refurbished. I was pleasantly surprised at how well it works and how easy it was to program without the use of my old computer. The computer arrived within the timeframe quoted, in fact, at the early end. I would recommend this company and the quality of their work.
