Obviously, it is not new. But I am more than happy with its condition; no (visible) scratches on the screen, just a few dents on the edges, battery capacity 88%.So far, itâs been working great and does everything I need it to do.Overall great value for this price!

I have had the ipad pro for several months and its been great. One concern I had was if battery was used or not, but I tested it and it had only 1 charge cycle so it was brand new. One thing all iPad Pros suffer from is transfer speeds. The internal storage is very fast but Apple has done something to slow file transfers when getting files off the iPad, writing to the iPad can be very fast around 250 MBps but getting files off is more like 40MBps or even slower depending on what drive you use or hub. The fastest way I have found to get files off the iPad Pro is using an Amazon basics USB C data cable and connect the iPad directly to your MacBook Pro. I get around 100 MBps speeds when moving files from the iPad Pro to my Macbook Pro. A little update, if you format an ssd to APFS you will get 100MBps transfer speeds when moving files off the iPad to a usbc SSD. Still not the speed it should be but seems to be the best format if you can use it, however APFS is not for windows users only Apple.

This review is not about the iPad’s features, performance, etc. Those type of reviews are available all over the internet and we know that this iPad is the best tablet you can get as of 2019-2020. But rather, this review is about the quality of the “renewed” iPad. If not for the packaging, you can’t tell if this was ever been used before. Out of the box, there are some minor smudges, and a little fingerprints, but after cleaning it up and wiping it clean, not a single cosmetic flaw. It is like brand new. My friend has the same iPad that is barely a month old, so we tested and compared the battery life against each other while watching videos, or rendering a 4K video. Both our iPads have similar battery life and performance. I may be very lucky, but for a “renewed” product, this is an excellent deal! I got mine for $799 (12.9 inch, 512GB WiFi only).

I donât trust Amazon refurbished items
I really had positive hopes about the Amazon refurbished department. I am now left concerned and untrusting.I ordered a refurbished Apple tablet. I received it quickly and was surprised about the condition it came in. The exterior had lots of scratches and there was a significant scratch on the glass. If this is what the outside looks like of an Amazon refurbished item, Iâm really concerned about the interior components. When I emailed the vendor I got the impression they did not want to take ownership of the concern. I flexed a little letting them know I will dedicate my life to getting a refund and that I will escalate it to Amazon. Well after having to reply a few times to them to get traction and having to take photos of every part of the exterior, they initiated a refund. Itâs been over 14 days and still I have not received the money. I am sure I will get my money but âbe concerned & cautiousâ for nearly $700 I got a very scratched up iPad that I returned, anxiety and a headache. I wish I could return the anxiety and the headache with the iPad.

Renewed version.
I took a gamble & went with this renewed iPad Pro 12.9 inch with the 512 of storage. It came with an off brand charger & cord in an after market, plain brown box. The iPad itself has a couple scratches on the screen in the corners & a good (quarter) sized dent in the back but so far it functions phenomenally. I had a super hard time getting it to update to the new iPadOS operating system. Hubby spent about 3 hours on the phone with Apple support but they were able to get it. I keep it in a case all the time so I donât ever see the dent. I bought a new Apple Pencil with it & it also works flawlessly. Iâve had it for about a month & I have used it almost every day. I love it & would buy again.

El iPad en si llego en buen estado tiene algunos detalles casi imperceptibles pero en general bien.Pero lo que sà es más importante es que no traÃa el cargador (original) y el que me pusieron no sirve ya que no da carga. Por último que tal vez no sea tan relevante pero no venÃa en su caja original
