good iPad
So far so good with this iPad. Only problem is one very small crack in screen and some sort of smudge in top corner that I cannot get off. Other than that I have had no issues (knock on wood). I have been able to get everything set up, download apps no problems or glitches in system. I know it wonât last forever but Hoping it will last a lot longer than some of the other reviews state. The charger they sent me has worked fine. It does take a while to charge up to 100% but battery life last a while even with playing games and watching Netflix. Shipping was very fast – ordered and was delivered to me the very next day. I will update this comment in a few months of using.

Reliable
I use this iPad daily for work. With a keyboard case this is so good for doing research on and making notes on. The screen is also excellent and beautiful, making enjoying media and games a pleasure. I basically never go anywhere without it.

Pretty good iPad for the price
I got this back in May for school and it’s worked really well. Despite being marked as refurbished, it was pretty much brand new except for a bit of cosmetic wear on the metal bits and that the power button is a bit loose.

Great device – gently used and in perfect working order
Purchased a “renewed” iPad Pro to replace my old iPad Air. Despite being an older model, it arrived well packaged and with the correct accessories. I use it mainly for media consumption (streaming, eReader, parsing emails). With a keyboard folio, this has completely replaced my MacBook Air in use and my iPad Air. The battery life is great, the screen is incredible, and it’s a comfortable size and weight for me. Larger than the old iPad, but about the same as the MacBook.

Horrible Experience
Ive tried purchases use / refurbished / renewed things in the past and they have never worked out well. This will be the last one. Received Ipad in a pretty poor packing job, half the bubble wrap was popped because of the ipad / charging bouncing around inside. No problem. Its used. It has a few minor dents but at least the screen isnt damaged.. I update the ipad and put all of my info in and start to charge it. It charges for about 30 minutes then stops. Try again. Unplug, replug. Does the same thing. Okayyy. Ill move it to another outlet. Same thing. If I am having huge issues like charging just out of the box this is not a great start. I go to return the item. Turns out because it wasnt through one of Prime or Amazon’s channels that I can’t just go drop it off. I had to rewrap the Ipad, tape it, make sure you dont forget to PUT A NOTE INSIDE to say if you want to replace it or refund it…then the real KICKER! I had to PAY to ship it back!!! $12.79. What a WASTE of TIME / GAS / MONEY. I have no idea how their star rating is so high… NEVER buying from this company or a ‘renewed’ item again.

Good refurb. A few minor scraps to be expected and screen clear. The 12.9 in screen makes it easy for me to take pictures and markup with the standard editing tool. Battery life is ok, I think it would last most of the day if using really hard. Recommend this seller for IPad needs. I got a case that fits perfectly, fully enclosed and doesnât affect the touch screen or the pencil. I did not buy a Apple Pencil as they are way to expensive and the lower price one works really good with my 2018 Gen 3 IPad Pro 12.9.Good job Caitlin

Al principio tenia mis dudas de como vendrÃa el producto al ser reacondicionado, pero puedo decirles que llego en buenas condiciones, realmente parece nueva y el desempeño de la baterÃa está bastante bien.. como remplazo de mi iPad Pro 1ra generación y claro como punto de referencia la baterÃa le dura mas o menos el doble.. lo cual me parece excelente.. el único detalle que permite no verla realmente nueva y por lo que colocado es que CASI excelente es porque en la parte del conectas (usb-c) si viene desgastado lo cual revela que estuvo tal vez como producto de muestra con un conector siempre enchufado.. No es nada grave, pero en general estoy mas que satisfecho con mi compra.. a pesar de este ligero detalle yo si recomiendo el producto y el vendedor.

El producto no venÃa muy bien protegido, con riesgo de que se pudiera dañar, me llego con una estética de 9 a 9.5, es una iPad Pro wifi+celular de 256gb, funciona todo perfectamente, unicamente el cargador qué mandaron no sirvió, por fortuna yo tenia uno y es el que estoy usando, ademas de que la agarre a un super precio. Seguiré probándolo para ver que tal sigue su funcionamiento
