Not a scam
I was hesitant to purchase the refurbished 2019 iMac online. With Amazonâs 90 day warranty and return policy, I pulled the trigger. It has turned out great. The condition was like new, as advertised. The 1tb Fusion Drive didnât not need to be reformatted. It was reset to factory conditions. It came with 32g ram storage, not the advertised 8g. So far, it has worked flawlessly. It did come with generic, wired keyboard and mouse, as expected. If youâre looking to upgrade your old iMac and want an affordable option, this is it. Donât hesitate.

I’ve had Windows computers for the last 30 years.Not so much recently but over the years I spent countless hours self-diagnosing problems, restoring to an earlier date, rebooting, going into BIOS trying to figure things out. Plus don’t forget, having to purchase the new Windows operating system disks when the old versions wouldn’t work with certain programs.I learned a lot about computers but eventually you have to admit it’s a lot of wasted time that shouldn’t have been. I’m sure I brought a lot of this on my self as I am the type that likes to try to fix things without taking the machine to a shop. I recently have been looking to upgrade my monitor as the one I have is sort of small. That’s when these Apple computers caught my eye. I’ve had good luck with refurbished products from Amazon. Whether it be the 8-inch Show the Ring Doorbell or the Echo Speaker, when I get things they’re just like new. The first one I bought was about $250 from Woot (seller)It was a late 2014 Apple computer. It had issues where the hard drive was not working correctly. I thought everything was okay but after about a week a message popped up and said not enough disc space even though it had a one terabyte hard drive.It had a few minor scratches on the plastic benzyl around the screen but I could live with that if the computer had just worked correctly. After returning I continue to look and found this early 2019 model.Seems like I paid around $550.This one comes in an original white Apple computer box inside of a larger brown box.So far everything’s good I guess I’ve had it about a month.Cosmetically it’s perfect. I tried to take some pictures to show close-ups, No scratches anywhere and the screen is perfect. These computers boot up in no time almost like turning on a tablet. For years I’ve been standoffish about Apple products because I knew Windows and thought that it may be difficult to learn another operating system. Surprisingly with apple everything’s pretty much straight forward I felt comfortable with it after a week or so.Basically what I use it for is just to pay bills online. I know you can do everything on your phone nowadays but it still neat to have this toy to sit down in front of. For me the 21 1/2 screen is plenty big and apples retina display, as they call it, as unbelievably clear.Overall very well satisfied !

First of all, I didnât know itâs a mistake to buy Apple products on Amazon. This product has taught me never to make that mistake again.Immediate problem was the alerts that the disk was full. I got a terabyte of memory. It didnât make sense.Called Apple and discovered that a) this was refurbished (a fact I missed when ordering… my fault), b) it was out of warranty, and c) the seller had wiped the computer, but had separated the Mac storage from the tb storage instead of keeping it fused . The Apple rep I spoke with said he recommend we return the computer and spend the couple extra hundred dollars on a NEW computer from a reputable Apple distributor (like Best Buy).Iâm grateful that we discovered this flaw on day one and returned It within hours of receipt. I have placed an order for my NEW iMac at Best Buy! This whole experience was terribly disappointing.

Got a bad one, but they took it back easily and quickly
This Imac came on time. Packing a little “ebayish,” but acceptable. The outside of the computer was in excellent shape. The mouse and keyboard were new, very generic, and low cost/quality. Nice of them to throw them in, but I would have had to purchase better ones. It was very sluggish, and gave an error (firmware perhaps?) when trying to upgrade the OS, problems which I might have been able to fix, but was worried about missing the return window if they persisted. So I opted to send it back and try again. The company took it back right away, so it’s a good company. And Amazon return was quick and flawless as (mostly) usual.

Okay so I thought I was getting a 4 core I Mac and was happy with that. Well it came in today and had a 6 core on it I was blown away. First off the seller got the shipping label ready to go quickly and it got here pretty fast. Everything was in the box and I couldnât tell if this was used or a floor model or what ever it was pretty much new when I opened this. Iâm really happy with this seller and the product I feel better now that I finally got a new computer and a way better computer than I had before just saving a few hundred dollars was nice knowing that I got the better 21.5 for a base 4K price.

The Mac arrived well packed. After install I checked everything and it was to spec as advertised. I upgraded the OS, which was not a problem. This Mac is slow to start up and slow on the first time start up of apps, but then is fine. Lots of features and functions. This was an excellent upgrade from my 2015 Mac. Good purchase all around. Came with a decent after market keyboard and wireless mouse.

I am surprised at how slowly this computer loads, particularly compared to the 4-year-older computer it is replacing, and with its significantly increased memory and processing capabilities.

TenÃa mis dudas acerca de comprar un equipo renovado (ya tuve malas experiencias comprando una MacBook Air) afortunadamente, este no fue el caso. El equipo está casi como nuevo.Te incluyen un teclado y un mouse bastante pobres, pero lo entiendes por lo que estás pagando.Le puse mis accesorios Logitech y con eso ha funcionado increÃble.VenÃa con OS Catalina, sin embargo, pude instalarle Sonoma sin problema. Para lo que la uso, me funcionó perfecto.

El equipo es extremadamente lento, se tarda aprox 20min en prender, en abrir cada página alrededor de 10min y algunas no las abre.Pésimo producto.
