Just Like Brand New !
This laptop was not only delivered exactly on time, but it was packed with extreme care. Unboxing was like opening a brand new laptop. The laptop itself did not have a single blemish or scratch, it looked like it was literally brand new. Powering on the laptop it booted right up to the os setup screen and was very straightforward, just as if I went to the apple store and bought a brand new computer. This purchase probably saved me $1000 dollars over buying brand new and I got the same exact results, upgraded RAM was a bonus too! I’m not a big fan of the touchbar on this 2019 line but I understand that was an added feature at the time and Apple moved away from that feature in the next gen release of macbook pro’s. No harm no foul there, I purchased it knowing that it had a touchbar. I just hope I don’t end up with a touchbar failure which is common on these pro models. As far as this being a “used” laptop I can’t even tell that it was touched previously, so as far as I’m concerned this laptop is brand new in my eyes. I would absolutely recommend this product without hesitation.

Laptop was in very poor condition, major scratch on half the screen, keyboard contact scratches all over the screen, “wrist supports” caved in, discolored body. Overall a good parts donor. Dont waste your time

Like brand new
My gf left her job and had to give her MacBook back and was devastated. I wanted to get her a replacement without spending $1200+. Can hardly tell it was used at all. Runs like brand new and has no visible wear and tear whatsoever. Would highly recommend if you donât feel like breaking the bank on a brand new MacBook.

Very disappointed
Computer shuts off by itself and takes a long time to turn back on. Ports on one side don’t work. The spacebar doesn’t work unless you push down REALLY hard. I have bought renewed several times before and my products have never been this bad. I’m very frustrated. What a waste of money and time. I’m sending it back.

NOT AS ADVERTISED IN AD – POOR CONDITION.
The appearance of the laptop was below average, It had discoloration over the entire lid from stickers that had been removed, Nothing like what was advertised, As soon as I took the laptop out of the shipping box I could tell it was a used and abused laptop. That being said, it did work well but definitely not as advertised in the ad description,

Very disappointed, item was scratched not in the color I ordered. Was not refurbished and had finger wear marks on the keys. And I had to pay shipping to return the item.

Please dont buy refurbished products because most of them are useless and they are not described well. I prefer buying refurbished product by shops, not online.
