I got My Macbook relatively fast, it didn’t come in the original packaging but that’s ok. It is in Excellent condition not even a scratch on it, everything works great on it, it looks good, sounds good runs great. Very happy with my purchase and will be returning for future electronics purchases.

Everything works well but the battery
Dies while plugged in. Apple said that generic charging block is not sufficient for device. Got an Apple 140w block and cable to replace what I received. Laptop will only charge correctly if lid is open, just makes beeping sounds when the lid is closed. Apple stated that because it is a renewed device that the seller probably replaced the original battery with an aftermarket lower quality battery. Couldn’t find a way to message the seller about concern so 1.5 months later, not very happy with purchase. Will not purchase again, advise others to check your device thoroughly if you choose to purchase.

I have been in search of a new laptop for several months now. Because Iâm planning to go back to school this fall and my old one was definitely up for retirement. Iâve always wanted a MacBook but have honestly just never been able to afford a brand new one even with a payment plan. Back in February of this year I was scammed, very badly when trying to purchase a refurbished one like this. I lost $1,500 and had to go through hell with my bank to get half of my money back. Since then. I have been EXTREMELY hesitant and skeptical about purchasing another one. I went out on a whim since I am very close to starting school.First off. Shipping was less than a week (I live closer to where the product was shipped out from), when the MacBook came it was very VERY secured in its packaging. Now being that itâs refurbished I was fully content with there being scuffs and scrapes and things like that. BUT when I tell you this thing came to my house like I literally just went to the apple store and bought it brand newâ¦.I mean it. EVERYTHING is perfect, all the keys work, the advertised storage that I purchased was correct. Screen, keyboard and battery are perfect.I am so, so very thankful that this did not end up like the first time. Iâm so happy and please with this purchase and I never write reviews but I felt the need to write one for this one considering how expensive these products normally are and how most of the time ârefurbishedâ do not even come close to being in pristine condition like this.I hope this helps those that are looking for one, and eases your mind and gives you a better sense of security in your purchase.

Macbook Pro is like new
I highly recommended buying from this seller. I purchased 2 refurbished/renewed MacBook Pro laptops. There are a couple of other reviews that showed damage to the Macbooks that they bought. However, the two that I got look and act as if they are brand new. I don’t see any damage or marks on them, and every part is working. These laptops are made in 2019 (Macbook Pro, 16 inch, 2019), so essentially 3 years old, but look and act like they are brand new, and I expect them to be good for many years. The laptops were well wrapped and packaged during shipping and delivery which probably helped them from becoming damaged.I’ve bought refurbished Macbooks directly from Apple before because you can essentially get a like new Macbook for a big discount. These Macbooks are just as good as what you would get from buying directly from Apple.

got this laptop yesterday and exciting to use it but bad news that cannot do software update and it’s damage and the memory is defective and need to replace Logicboard and Touch ID cost $1,199. plus tax ouch! so decide to return it as not good idea to buy from them and if you want to buy from them please go to Apple store and have them run Diagnostics test as highly recommend and got the not Apple product plug just give you guys head up and very sad and know it’s really good deal but give you an headache
