Exceeded expectations
After reading some reviews I knew this was a gamble. However, Iâm very happy with my purchase. It did come completely dead and needed a good charge but so far so good. It came in near perfect condition. Packaging could have been more secure tho. The interior was a little dusty so I wiped it down but there are NO scratches, dents or even knicks. I held it under a bright lamp for a while and I will say itâs close to perfect. Battery is strong and does the job I need very well. Will update in about a month.

Good as new
As far as I can tell this computer is as good as brand new. All data from my old ms dos machine transferd with very littleb trouble. I have looked at it very carefully and find no signs of useage. IF all come like this it is a no brainer to purchase. I am new to the apple os, but it seems pretty easy to adjust to. A little hard to review a perfect product.

Damaged keyboard
I was really hopeful about this because of the positive reviews, but I must have gotten a poor seller. Everything appeared in order but as I started login I was having trouble entering my Wi-Fi password. I reset the password still would not work so I used the accessibility options to open the keyboard screen. I could see that the shift key was stuck. When I pressed it, it made a loud click/pop. I didnât think anything of it because my password worked and I was logged in. This is when things started to literally fall apart. When I attempted to enter email address I noticed it was stuck in CAPS but caps lock was off. I checked the accessibility keyboard again and sure enough, it was stuck in shift again but this time when I pressed it nothing happenedâ¦when I pressed it again the key fell off. As I attempted to slide the key back into position using the google instructions I found on my phone the surrounding keys also started to simply fall off. I tilted the keyboard and noticed that some of them looked lifted (kinda like when you play Guess Who)⦠I connected a Bluetooth keyboard to get myself through the reset process and immediately put everything back in itâs packaging for return. This was listed as Prime, Ships from: Amazon.com Sold by: Tech Pirate. Maybe you will have better luck with a different sellerâ¦

Love My Mac Air
It is a gray lightweight MacAir The screen quality is good. So far, the battery life is good. It did have a small ding on the cover. However, the functionality is great considering it is a 2020 model and is refurbished. Definitely, worth the money spent. Heat level is good has not overheated. As with any laptop or computer it needs ventilation. I would definitely purchase from this seller again.

This turned out better than I expected. I thought there were wouldâve been hella scratches and bumps since its refurbished but it came with not even one scratch. Itâs works perfectly fine. However the battery life is superrr short. It dies quick. It goes from a 70% to 60% in like 8 mins. Other than that I love this macbook. Make sure you guys update it when you get it!

Very cutesy and affordable ðð¸ððð
I already have a laptop but itâs mainly for gaming. I also work from home so I decided that now would be a good time to invest in a laptop so I can work on. Iâm not gonna lie I was scared because I didnât want it to have a bunch of scratches so I already told myself if there were too many scratches I would return it and invest in a newer model. To my surprise, itâs in GREAT condition. It also arrived fast. Which I appreciated. It did arrive dead but that didnât bother me much. It also had a lot of dust on it but I cleaned it off so easy fix. The sound on it is amazing and as far as speed it seems to be fine. I never had a MacBook and itâs definitely different than my gaming laptop so Iâm happy I got an older model to get myself accustomed to using it. This would be a perfect laptop for someone who wants to use it to store documents and do work on. I wouldnât recommend for gaming. Itâs practically brand new. However, it did have a dent on it which is hardly noticeable. For $400 you canât beat it.

Itâs good but
It came well packaged and with a working charger . It was slightly dirty but nothing crazy . I havenât noticed any scratches so far , but it is loud . I can hear air or the computer running and it is a tiny bit hot on the bottom . It also came dead . A little slow as well , maybe bc Iâm charging it rn . But who knows

Looks brand new
Iâm super happy with this product. Itâs in perfect condition, not a single scratch or any sticky keys. Iâve had Apple products for a long time just never a MacBook. You do have to charge it when you get because it is dead but even the charger seemed brand new. Itâs smaller than my old laptop so itâs easier to carry around and itâs super light weight. Overall 10/10 purchase very happy
