Works like dream
After having it for about three months now I can honestly say that Iâm very pleased with the performance of this laptop. Itâs pretty quick, has no scratches and physically looks brand new. No major issues other then some apps can be updated but I can use them just fine. The battery isnât the best, if Iâm using for a long time like three hours for example, itâll be almost dead and have to be charged. But other than that I highly recommend this laptop.

Great price, works great & love my touchbar!
I bought this specifically for the touchbar, and having used this for a few months now – it’s still holding up very well. Since I’ve gotten it, I’ve never had any issues and found that it is way more useful that I originally thought it would be. Incredible delivery time and packaging, I took a shot in the dark with this one and got a really great deal and product.

The Laptop Was Beautiful– It Just Had Mysterious Software
The laptop might be a great machine; I do not know as I could not finish setting it up as it wanted me to log into Alteryx with a Microsoft account. So I reached out to the two listed sellers for the laptop, Tech RNA and Out of Apple. I left a phone message with the latter and a text/ message through Amazon to the former. For Tech RNA the Amazon messaging program said to wait two days from when I submitted the inquiry, to wait till the 19th, for a response. After 10pm CST on the 19th I had heard nothing from either vendor so I started the refund process through Amazon.com. I received a refund for the machine, sans an approximately5% restocking fee.Suffice it to say, DO NOT BUY FROM TECH RNA OR OUT OF APPLE.

There is a small dent on the side that I didn’t even notice at first. Not a big deal. Overall, for an older renewed model, it works great. It does seem to get overheated a lot — the fan goes crazy at times. I’m not sure if this is just an issue with MacBooks themselves as I’ve had similar problems with the one I had in the past or if it simply is an issue with older models. If anybody has any suggestions on how to remedy this, let me know. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase and if I wasn’t so dang broke I would’ve gone with a brand new model but you take what you can get.

When my macbook pro arrived it was basically mint condition other than some scratches on the bottom. But there were only 50 cycles on the battery! I’ve been using it so it’s gone up to 57. But for what I paid getting an essentially brandnew MacBook pro is a steal.

Computer turned on and off not working
Computer kept saying unable to create username and password as if I wasn’t creating one with my password and than the computer just shut down and started to turn on and off at that point was unable to use computer for some reason and at one point I did not want to break anything so, I closed the computer and requested a return. After speaking with the seller, I would say 5 stars on communication and they showed great concerns about my experience and reached out to see if they can help with a replacement or refund.
