Apple doesn’t serve customers it wants to rule them
Amazon should know by know that sending an Imac without original keyboard and mouse makes it hard if not impossible to setup this computer. Apple is killing its own brand by overdoing its “security” So if you don’t do things exactly there way it’s a dead squirrel The computer didn’t recognize the non apple mouse that was included, so it wanted to use the voice commands. Not gonna do it I could see from the start that it wasn’t going to be the end of it and decided to save myself the time and frustration by being suckered into their game. One last note this thing doesn’t even have an audio input and output (3.5mm jack) it has no garageband, and iTunes looked worse than the version on my 2009 Imac. Apples tight ass tyrannical attitude stinks and it is a reflection of their leftist politics and arrogance from what was once an innovative company that made computing simple easy fun and creative. They have suckered people by making a computer that is beautiful looking on the outside but ugly on the inside.

Amazing Deal – Pristine Condition – No OEM Accessories
My iMac arrived in perfect condition. No blemishes at all. Plus it had an upgraded SSD & RAM. Docking one star because I was one of the unlucky ones who received a generic mouse and keyboard. I had to spend an extra $100 on eBay for the OEM Blue Apple Magic Keyboard & Mouse (worth the money).

Exactly as described – seems like new
I was hesitant to order reading some of the reviews that people had received third party accessories – but the price was good for 1T iMac so I decided it didn’t matter to me. But what I received seems to be a new iMac in an unopened box – all the original seals were undisturbed so its new or they did a GREAT job adding back seals. Worked beautifully out of the box – I’m very happy with this purchase.

Cheap wired keyboard and cheaper mouse ruin the magic.
It came naked wrapped up in layers of bubble wrap, no original boxes at all, with no Apple keyboard and mouse or even documentation. Cheap wired keyboard and cheaper mouse just ruin the magic. I don’t know if I can give this as a gift now and am considering returning it.

Ok so I took at 1500+$ gamble purchasing my first ever “renewed” by Amazon products. I was soooo prepared to have to deal with scratches, gashes and blemishes..even missing keyboard and mouse. THIS LITERALLY LOOKS BRAND NEW!!! Even the way it was re-packaged is just like the real deal! I SAVED 500$ buying it here versus from the store, brand new. THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH AMAZON! I LOOOVVVEE IT.

Outstanding Upgrade to the iMac line, aside from the poor peripherals supplied by seller
The M1 iMac is outstanding. However, the keyboard and mouse supplied by the 3rd party seller were poor, cheap and flimsy. However, they did work okay. I’m just glad I still had spare Apple mouse and keyboard. I got this one for my sister, and did not want to give her cheap stuff.

Works perfect, looks perfect.
The computer came boxed and wrapped in protective wrapping, it came with an apple mouse and apple keyboard. The computer booted up quickly and set up easily with no issues. If I hadnât been the one who bought it I wouldnât have known it was renewed.
