Disappointed!
All the parts are missing and the packaging is not good. Even part of the original power cord has been replaced with a cheaper part. The keyboard and mouse are missing that go with it. They included a cheap plastic wired windows keyboard and a cheap plastic windows mouse. The lightning cable is missing as well. What a bad experience!

No original accessories and screen was damaged
It wasnât clear to me when I purchased that the accessories were going to be cheap PC types which was disappointing. Also the package arrived the day before I flew out and when I invited it the screen was chipped and damaged but unfortunately I had no time to change it out before my flight, I guess thereâs always a risk with buying reconditioned stuff but overalll this was disappointing as i now need to buy the original mouse and keyboard and the screen is just too expensive to fix here in brazil.

CUIDADO ANTES DE COMPRAR
Tengan mucho cuidado antes de comprar. Cómo dice la descripción los accesorios son genéricos pero lo que no dice es que ante una actualización del software dejarÃan de funcionar. Tuve que comprar originales para que funcionaran. Si sumas el costo del equipo más el costo de los accesorios verdaderamente es mejor comprar directamente en Apple donde si tendrÃas un respaldo. He tratado de recibir apoyo del vendedor o de Amazon y todos se han lavado las manos con este asunto. Muy mala experiencia.
