Super Clean!
This laptop was so clean that I had to check and make sure it truly had been used. Did a system check and it is clean as a whistle. Highly recommend this company for used computer purchases.

I would like to share my thoughts on the computer that I purchased recently. Overall, I think it’s a great computer and would give it four stars. One of the reasons for this rating is that I was pleasantly surprised to find that it had 2 TB storage instead of the expected 1 TB. However, I deducted one star because I noticed some issues. If the company had removed the top cover of the computer to clean the fans, they would have noticed the presence of mini copper wiring and red dots from the glue that holds it. Additionally, the battery performance was not up to the mark as it was at 80% and I also observed that the fans were quite dirty.I have replaced the broken fan and battery of the device. Please ensure that you run full diagnostics within the return time. To make sure that the fans are functioning properly, connect as many monitors as possible and perform some heavy work on the device. The fan stopped working within the first three days of when I bought the device, and it took me six hours to replace it.

Purchased the computer for my husband. He absolutely loves it. We bought it to replace a macbook pro that he has had since 2010. He is amazed at the improvements and speed. The computet was in perfect condition.
