Honestly Surprised!
I genuinely was expecting atleast something to be wrong it like a scratch or something⦠but the iPad genuinely looks like itâs brand new. I just wish I did receive a charging cord and box, luckily I have other Apple products so that wasnât an issue tho. Iâm happy I made this purchase and saved a few hundred dollars on my first ever iPad! I do recommend renewed premium if ur looking to buy a device that you hopefully can have for a few years!

Purchased a premier refurb and the battery wouldnât charge
Very disappointed with this purchase. I paid for an upgraded premier refurbished iPad Air and when it arrived loosely packed in a basic amazon box with a sub-par charging cable (already disappointing), I plugged it in to quickly discover it wouldnât hold a charge. (The battery indicator remained red after two hours of being plugged in.) This issue remained despite using another charging cable. Needless to say, I had to return the item which required driving it to Whole Foods and waiting weeks for my credit card to be refunded (which still hasnât officially happened). I opted to pay the extra $ and buy a new one during Black Friday. Buyer beware.
