Wish I could return it!
POSITVES1.tt arrived 2 days earlier than expected with the Packaging in good shape2 When you set it up, The size of the screen is good, and the keyboard seems nice.Negatives1. The day I received it, Amazon dropped the price $30; within the next couple of days, they dropped it an additional $20 (from $469 to $419)2. The lights on the keyboard DO NOT illuminate the letters on the keys.3. The letters are small and gray against black keys…nearly impossible to see, especially with the backlights on.3. The mouse died today, just 5 days after set up.4. The monitor does NOT sit level on the desk it tilts downward and any attempts to level it will end up with you trying to catch it before it topples over.5. You have to lay the computer on its back to plug into the USB ports on the bottom of the monitor.6. Unless you own and XBox or other external CD/DVD RW drive, you can’t load any software programs.7. There is NO word processing program on it.8. Windows 11 Pro, is very difficult to use, with a toolbar that is NOT easily adjusted for someone with poor eyesight9. Wish I could return it, but then I would be without a computer for another 2 weeks! Don’t know what to do!UPDATE: MY REVIEW JUST POSTED TODAY, AND i FIND THAT AMAZON HAS LOWERED THE PRICE AGAIN! i FEEL THAT AMAZON OWES ME A GIFT CARD IN THE AMOUNT OF $60 FOR NOT RETURNING THIS PIECE OF CRAP FOR A FULL REFUND.

Want to love it, but some issues!
With this system you get a complete computer system in basically a standard monitor shell with some additional ports. Now, what you’re also getting is some software that you may not be familiar with, specifically a tool for activating Windows. What this means is the installed copy of Windows is likely not legitimate and a virus scan is likely to identify the software as malware. I ran Malwarebytes and Avast, they both identified some issues, one was the activation tool though there was another possibly malicious piece of software identified. My solution was to nuke everything on the included Sata SSD and install a legitimate copy of Windows 11 Home. This does not necessarily mean the system is completely safe as there could be issues in the bios. Now, I really wanted to give this a higher rating, but the above issue is somewhat disappointing. Installing Windows 11 Home also removed all the included drivers, my main concern would be the speakers as they no longer function. The motherboard also cannot be identified within Windows, the bios are almost completely useless as well.Performance wise, the system is fine. Watching YouTube, browsing the web, checking email, etc. all work great. Office applications will run absolutely fine as well. The system is user upgradeable, you have 2 RAM slots, 2 Sata ports, 1 Gen4 M.2 slot, a PCIe slot (with Wi-Fi), and some additional headers for fans and other basic parts. The system could perform a bit better with faster RAM, the included RAM runs at 2666, it’s DDR4; however, it doesn’t look like there is any XMP option in bios. I’ve never heard of the RAM or SSD brand, FORESEE and Intaiell respectively. You can also improve the computers performance by installing a Gen4 NVME drive as they have a Sata SSD installed. Again though, the system performs fine for light gaming or simple workloads, your biggest limitation will be the CPU which is a mobile CPU. One problem I have with overall performance, there is no fan control / adjustment, not even in bios. The screen is plenty sharp and 60Hz. It supports 8-bit color and you can adjust the brightness within Windows. You do not have access to a display menu outside of software options, I’m not sure if that’s even common on other all-in-one PCs.The mouse and keyboard are not great. They feel very cheap and I only briefly used them before switching to my existing peripherals. It’s not a good experience but will get you by and you may not mind.Overall, not sure I can recommend this with the “extra” software. It is a completely working computer though I’m not sure how safe it is. The user upgradability is also pretty nice, and I wish more laptop or all-in-one manufacturers did this.

Poor Quality Control
Arrived DOA. Would not turn on. Tried video help program and discussed with customer service. All to no avail. Customer service advised me to return it. Another point, does not contain optical drive per description and confirmed by Rufus. No damage to packaging, this is simply poor quality control.
