Very cool looking, but many mice don’t behave well with them.
The round mouse pads are very stylish and cool looking. The top has a nice black sheen. When I first sat the pad on the table it slid around a lot when I moved the mouse, but after a minute or two it settled into place. There may have been a coating on the bottom of the mouse pad during manufacture. The pads work great, but there is one significant problem.While the pad is round, and looks like the orientation/rotation of the pad should make no difference…. it does!For a few days I noticed I was having trouble moving the cursor on the screen in a true horizontal (i.e. left/right, X axis) direction. This is important when traversing multi-tier menus or trying to draw a line. I thought at first the mouse speed was too fast, but slowing it down didn’t help. After awhile I realized the problem. Moving the mouse in a left/right motion resulted in the cursor on the screen moving in a diagonal direction. I setup a straight edge to ensure I was moving the mouse accurately left and right. Same effect. I removed the mouse pad and moved the mouse left/right on the table top and the cursor moved in a horizontal line. The pad was causing the distortion.As I rotated the mouse pad while keeping the mouse motion left/right the angle of the cursor motion on the screen changed. After some calibration I found the sweet spot where the cursor moved in near a horizontal motion. However, this resulted in a vertical (forward/backward, Y axis) mouse motion resulting in a diagonal cursor motion. Rotating the pad again I found an orientation that corrected the Y axis error, but of course the X axis error returned. I tried 3 different models of mice with Windows 10 and Linux. The amount of distortion varied, but none of the configurations were immune to the pad orientation.In the end I settled on an accurate X axis motion and marked the pad with an Arrow pointing away from me and towards the monitor so I can keep the pad in the best orientation. I use optical mice. A roller ball mouse would probably be immune to the problem, but nobody makes them anymore.

Great for office use!
I bought this 3 pack of mouse pads because my significant other and I started to work from home and wanted something simple we could use and wouldn’t take up much space. It’s great for office work and fit perfectly on small desks. The third one will serve as a backup in case we ever need to replace one!

I used these as drum pads on my kid’s drum set. Much cheaper than actual drum pads. They are soft and thin. They would of course work as mouse pads, too.
