Perfect for Apple Magic Mouse
I’m so fond of the Apple Magic Mouse that I carry it with my 13″ Macbook Pro everywhere. The only downside is that it does not work well on hard, shiny surfaces, like granite tabletops. The 3M Precise Mouse Pad eliminates this problem. No matter where I am, my mouse works flawlessly. The pad is very thin and drops into my laptop case with ease without catching on the laptop (unlike thicker neoprene pads). Its gray and silver pattern blends well with my Apple keyboard and Magic Mouse. I highly recommend this mouse pad for use at home and on the road.

Works as advertised!
I just received the 3M mousepad, replaced my old fabric-topped pad, and tried my Apple Magic Mouse (rechargeable). Yes, indeed, the mouse tracks faster, is more responsive, and glides so smoothly that it feels as if its floating. Six bucks and change well spent, because the backing on my old pad was deteriorating and making a bit of a mess on my glass table.

Effective pad, yet it off-gasses
This review is a split opinion. As a pad for a wireless mouse it is excellent. I like that it is smooth and slender. The surface is plastic, so does make a bit of sound versus one that has a cloth surface. Per my desk layout, it is next to my mic, so may be audible to people in video conferences (and for me, clients). Overall, it’s a very good mouse pad.The downside about this mouse pad is the material that the underneath portion is made of stinks! It defines “off-gassing.” When I first opened it I thought a chemical had come through my windows on the breeze. Then I realized it might be the pad, smelled it up close and it was repulsive. I just got it the day before this review and have yet to use it in the more confined space of my home office. I’m a bit concerned.With all the advances we have with using natural materials, it is disappointing that 3M used whatever this stuff is (although it is 3M, so it’s no surprise, either). Why do the major corporations resist obvious and good change?All that said, for now I’m keeping it because I need a pad and do not want to bother with the return process just yet. I’ll be leaving it in my garage when not using it and hope it off-gasses enough to be tolerable. If not, I’ll definitely return it.

The best mouse pad I have ever had. Ok, it is a bit expensive but as the header says, you get what you pay for and in this case, you will get a superb mouse pad of great quality.I recommend this product to everyone who cares about the details and can spend approx $23 on a mouse pad.One more thing and that is almost the most important aspect, it looks good. It matches my laptop with magnesium alloy 🙂

I searched for a good quality and durable mouse pad for a long time until i saw this.I used many mouse pads in 500 rs range and none of them lasted more than 2 months .I was looking for a compact and small size as it fits well and covers enough area for mouse movements.Pros:1- Super quality and build, 3M brand is needleless to say awesome.2- Grip is amazing, once placed well in table surface, it does not move bit even if you move mouse heavily3- The surface so smooth and texture is so nice that mouse movement becomes 50% faster than any other mouse pad.4- Energy efficient or not but I feel due to the smooth surface faster movement, it really needs less battery power as the tracking light.sensor is the main thing in a mouse that being used and drains battery if surface is not good.5- by the build quality it will surely last for a long6- I am a occasional gamer and I feel great precision in mouse while playing games .
