BEST FOR THE PRICE, FAST, USER FRIENDLY
I bought this computer to do my work from home since I am running my own sign design business and a Luau Hula business. This was a great choice. It is fast, and you can have access to all updated software since it is 13th gen. I recommend this CPU for someone who is looking to buy a computer to work from home or run a part time side gigs, this is the best to go with. I hooked it up with LED monitor. I am really happy with it so far.

Nice computer, but…
We could not hook up Windows 11. I called Amazon, the warranty group, the ‘free’ service that was included, Aspire, and Microsoft. In order to set up Windows 11 we needed a code and everyone was pointing fingers telling me which outlet to retrieve the code. They wanted to make sure I was the owner of the computer, etc., in order to get the code. Finally, on the phone with Aspire for the second time in hopes I would catch a different representative that could help me, I told them if they don’t give me the code I will have to return it and they said ‘okay’. Just like that, they could care less if they had a disgruntled customer or not.

All of the “reviews” are for a different computer. The main thing about this one is that all of the memory is shared with the on board video chip so you don’t really get the full benefits from the 64 gigs of ram. Your programs would run much faster if they had full access. This is important if you are running graphic or music editing software. It also comes into play if you are using 3D modeling/printing. It takes a lot of memory to render and slice an object. If you are just using it to surf, write letters, etc., then this would be a great computer. A bit of overkill to tell the truth.
