Excellent Monitor!
Bought this used, but it was in excellent condition. No scratches or signs of wear (aside from the original box that looks like it’s been through hell and back lol). No dead pixels or anything and it does everything I could want. Lots of customization options, easy to set up, and the screen looks great for both gaming and work tasks. The ability to run games at 1440p/280hz is amazing, it all runs so smoothly! Build quality seems excellent as well, it’s built like a tank but isn’t crazy heavy either. Overall, quite happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great 27″ 2k monitor.

Spend the money!
I got this monitor after building my new pc and I have to say it is worth the money. The resolution, the color and the performance are great. I love the color as it makes any videos or games I play look really good. The amount of cables included is great as you donât have to worry about getting some. I do recommend using the display port rather then HDMI so you can use all 250hz.

Runs beautifully and you are getting the best for the price
I love this product itâs helped me optimize my pc for the best quality for my game and for my other outputs to render to the monitor is almost instantlyð I hardly have fps drops and it runs a stable 360hz or even more! It was easy to set up the hdmi ports had a great display on screen it was very bright at full capacity and itâs the best value for the holiday for sure!

Itâs a little saturated from factory but itâs very sleek and the frame is quite thin around the screen. Zero complaints and I love that it came with all the cables I needed

Dead pixel and Non Existent Customer Support
After reading all the other reviews I knew I’d have a high chance to have a dead pixel or some other defect. Unfortunately I was right and my monitor has a bad pixel.. I bought 2 of these for prime day, the other monitor seems fine.Also HDR seems borderline unusable as a graphic designer since it desaturates all colorsEdit 7/24/2024:Alienware doesn’t have any customer support through Amazon so your only real option is to deal with Amazon customer support. I contacted them due to the defective monitor with a dead pixel and they told me to “just get a refund and purchase the monitor again.” Which means I’ll have to pay the difference of the prime day discount I received. I was able to convince them to imitate a replacement which was supposed to arrive 2 days ago after initiating the replacement 5 days ago. The date I’m supposed to get the monitor changed twice and now if I don’t get it by tomorrow they’ll “refund” my replacement whatever that means.I knew Alienware products were extremely risky due to the defective issues bad QA but didn’t think it’d be this bad. There’s a Samsung alternative to this monitor that’s also cheaper for the same specs. Don’t get any of these monitors unless you want to do a run around with refunds, replacements, defective products.Edit 7/31/2024:My replacement monitor never arrived and decided not to do a return as I’ve been seeing a lot of people having issues with the refunds. As I spend more time with these 2 monitors I’ve been noticing more issues, both monitors constantly flicker which can get pretty nauseating. The monitors have a very inconsistent color range too. I honestly regret getting these 2 monitors and will never purchase from Alienware again and will be the last time I purchase something expensive through Amazon.

Really nice monitor
I took a chance on the used, like new monitor. Turned out to be a great choice. This thing is in like new condition, but I did have to clean it up. It arrived in a beat up box and the monitor had some weird smearing all over the screen and was basically covered in dust and pet hair. I feel like Amazon could’ve at least cleaned it up a little bit before selling it to someone. It also didn’t come with an hdmi cable, but that’s ok for me as I use my own Display port cable for everything. Also they couldn’t be bothered to put the monitor in the protective plastic sheathing, but instead just laid the bare monitor on top of it, boxed it up and sent it to me. Definitely could’ve done better with all that I just mentioned.However, I’m happy with it so far. The HDR is not good, at least I couldn’t get it dialed in with the Windows HDR calibration app. I’ve given up trying to find a monitor in my price range that has decent HDR. When I have more to spend I’ll get an OLED that has nice HDR. For now this is it for me. The regular picture is outstanding and I appreciate how it’s factory calibrated. I love the high refresh rate, makes games look amazing. The RGB lighting on the back is a nice touch. It looks very nice overall. The USB ports are also appreciated and the stand is heavy duty and we’ll made. For what I paid for this monitor, I’m very happy with it so far.
