Great PC, Everything you could need
The pc runs wonderfully and I have no issue running any modeling programs or games on it. The cooling is super nice and it never overheats. A great option if looking for pre builds and really isnât that expensive compared to buying all the parts and pieces individually.

I like this PC set up the LEDs are colorfull and you can change the colors if wanted.the noise level under load isn’t loud at all good fan flow though the water resvoir. Not a bad price at all with the services given.A fast cpu i9 13900f. Paired with the RTX 4070 Nvidia gpu. Great functionality all together in this setup.fast delivery in the mail as well all together one of my best setups to date.

Amazon “Bait and Swirch”
My Aurora is two weeks old. I have been having issues since it arrived – Crashes, blue screen recovery, restarts – several times per day. Amazon product support was no help. DELL (Alienware) Technical Support was great. After hours of remote work trying to find and fix the issue, they declared the defect unfixable and told me to return the unit to the seller. AMAZON’s ONLY solution is to return for a refund and re-purchase at a substantially HIGHER PRICE.The unit delivered was defective. They will not replace the unit. They will not sell me a new unit at the original price. If I want what I purchased. I will have to pay several hundred dollars more than I paid 2-weeks ago.Shame on you Amazon! I have the entire discussion with several Amazon support representatives recorded. They repeated over and over that my only option was to pay a higher price to replace the exact same model defective unit.

Great PC – No Issues, plays my games great
This Review has been started the day after it arrived. everything looked really good until windows was fully set up and I started trying to download apps and surf the web. I was getting download speeds ranging from 10-50kb a second, ridiculously slow. This was clearly an issue with the PC because everything else in the room was getting upwards of 100Mb a second. I tried a few fixes on my own and then called dell tech support.I was on the phone with them for about 2 hours and they walked me through a number of other fixes, all of which have not worked. But they will be sending out a technician to take a look at it next week, will keep updating this review as the situation unfolds.Update -LOL, it turns out that the issues I was having were my fault. I thought that the antenna that the PC uses to connect to wifi and bluetooth was a wireless phone charger or something. I did not plug it in because my phone does not use that. As soon as the antenna got plugged in everything worked perfectly.

Having been out of the PC gaming scene for approximately six years, I have primarily engaged in console gaming. I am thoroughly impressed with the product so far. I am able to run Overwatch exceptionally smoothly, even with HDR enabled, and render remarkable shaders and high-quality texture packs on Minecraft. While I have not yet tested numerous other games, I have been consistently satisfied with my experience.

The most powerful AND the quietest gaming pc I have ever owned
I ordered this on a Friday and received it on Saturday around 2pm and it was in perfect, unopened shape. It was very easy to get set up and running. I did a few internet searches to learn how to disable/remove all the bloatware MS puts in Windows that I didn’t want (copilot, etc.) and then I was off to the races. I can not emphasize enough just how quiet this machine is! My last pc, a Corsair, was, I thought, a pretty quiet machine, but it would (seemingly randomly) turn on its fans once in a while and dispel the quiet – even when nothing appeared to be going on to cause it generate extra heat. This alienware r16, by contrast, is just plain always quiet. I haven’t put it through a truly heavy workload yet, but I’m throwing all sorts of games and apps at it, and it’s just so quiet. It starts up very quickly, and is just plain the nicest system I have ever owned. I guess, at least sometimes, you really do get what you pay for. This is a rock-solid machine. Very much recommended. Also, if you’re like me, and you’d been avoiding Windows 11 as long as possible, I can tell you it’s not too bad at all, once you tweak it to your liking. As I said at the top, it was pretty easy to get the bloatware out (the one thing they embed like a tick is Edge, but I’m working on that). Everything else that you don’t want is pretty easy to pare out, leaving behind a system that runs well and puts very little load on your resources, leaving most of this system’s impressive power and speed available to run the apps and games you actually care about.

I can build PC i just didn’t want to put in the time looking up new parts i have not been keeping up on the lates news GAMERS NEXUS best U tube channel to get honest revies in my book anyway not that hard to find what parts i want but this would just save my time so looked for a pre build and found the R16 was better not just looking but performance (thermals) from R15this has a app to set up your fans, better to just use the default settingso far so good got this Feb 4 so 13 days in all is wellthis is posted on the 17th Feb

Only had a few days so far but so far I love it. Extremely quiet, you can see the Nvidia RTX graphics card logo through the glass on the left side, small enough to fit into most desk lower shelf compartments for towers. Fast performance, Nvidia RTX 4060 graphics card handles all of my high graphics-intensive games phenomenally and the graphics quality is superb. Great computer for gaming or office.

This machine was supposed to be perfect, but it turned out to be a huge letdown. After setting it up, neither the keyboard nor the mouse worked. Now, Iâm stuck waiting for a DELL technician to resolve the issue. This was meant to be my sonâs Christmas gift, and itâs been nothing but frustration and disappointment. Iâm seriously considering returning it. Not the experience I expected from a product at this price point.
