    Important information. Read before buying!
Update: While i still like the tablet I discovered a hugely important issue for buyers in the USA. Warranty. There is none. I repeat there is no warranty. Yes you have 30 days from Amazon in which to return the tablet. But Alldocube provides absolutely no warranty. None. Zero. Nada. Here is my chat with Facebook chat with an Alldocube representative:Me:”What is the duration of the warranty on my tablet?”Alldocube:”The warranty duration can vary depending on the platform where the tablet was purchased, as each store or dealer may have their own policies. Since the store is managed by a third-party dealer, I recommend contacting their customer service directly for specific details about your warranty.”Alldocube”Based on your description, it seems like the issue may be related to the screen itself. I would suggest considering repair options.”Me:”If there is no warranty then a repair would probably cost me more that the tablet did! And it appears that you are telling me that Alldocube does not provide any warranty for their products sold by Amazon in the USA.”Alldocube:”This means that warranty support is provided through the seller, not directly by Alldocube. If you’re experiencing issues, you should contact the dealer or platform’s customer service for assistance.”Uh so there you have it. The Alldocube tablet is kind of an orphan. At least in the sense that they do not stand behind the product. So no warranty. Nada. They do not even offer the option to pay them to have it repaired. Their response was “go find someone to fix your tablet” I don’t know but I suspect it also means that an Alldocube tablet with Android 13 will never get upgraded to Android 14 or 15. There is no after sale service. Keep this in mind before buying the tabletYour best solution is a) find another brand that does stand behind their product or b) purchase the extended service contract offered by Amazon. Which will increase the price of the table proportionally. You may want to consider that price increase in your decision. The tablet may or may not be much of a “deal” if you have to buy your own warranty. Or you can always just roll the dice and see if you win. Keep your fingers crossed that the tablet is not a 90 day disposable. And here is my review of the tablet BEFORE I learned there is no warranty.Plus: Nice screen, relatively fast once it boots up, decent battery life. Sound is ok. Some users have complained about the power cord entering at the top of the device rather than the side or bottom. For me that was a non-issue. I like the screen size, weight/thickness of the tablet etc. It has a headphone jack! Wow, that’s almost unheard of these days. And a microSD card slot. Not just a microSD card slot. It also has room for sim card.I primarily use it as a book reader along side a KOBO. But I have used it on cross country flights to watch videos with ear buds. FWIW my KOBO is a probably a better e-reader than the ALLDOCUBE. The ALLDOCUBE is a much better tablet than the KOBO and works quite well as an e-reader.Cons: This is rather petty but the edges of the tablet are just a little sharp – that is they are not rounded. Certainly not sharp enough to cut you or anything like that. But just know that the tablet does not have rounded edges. So it might be a bit uncomfortable to hand hold. Mine is now in a case so the edges are not an issue.

Excellent inexpensive tablet for reading, videos, and emulation of older games
I bought this tablet mainly for watching movies in my bed or reading my phone wasn’t an ideal size. And thanks to manufacturers strong arming customers, modern phones now lack expandable storage and headphone jacks. Both of which are nice if you don’t want to fiddle with Bluetooth in bed or hope a streaming service has what you want to watch. In my opinion tablets now are in an awkward place where they’re only really useful for fairly narrow cases where a phone is too small and a laptop is too big or cumbersome. Which means it’s hard to justify for myself purchasing a Samsung Tab S9 for $800+ or an iPad for $350+. In contrast you can purchase this tablet which is on sale all the time for less than the cost of taking a family of 4 to Applebee’s.The tablet itself is actually very nice, unlike cheapo no-name Android tablets of 5 years ago, the iplay mini has a solid 1920×1200 IPS panel. It’s not as nice as my S23 Ultra sure, but it’s miles better than the garbage dim 1280×800 displays you usually get at this price point. It works great to read books, my only minor quibble is the IPS display can’t get nearly as dark as an OLED can, but it’s not bad either. It even comes with a film screen protector installed, which is a nice touch. Build quality seems good to me, it’s almost all aluminum. Performance is… Fine. It’s not going to be running Switch games on a emulator, but it plays lighter games ok, and most importantly it doesn’t feel sluggish to use. I was skeptical that the “virtual ram” would actually do anything, but it does seem to let the tablet keep a number of background applications open after you enable it, more than you could with just 4gb of RAM. So, it seems to actually be useful after all. In put in a 512gb microSD card loaded with movies, old games, books, and music and pulled out my old corded headphones and have been pretty happy. In short, for $69 (it’s on sale for that much all the time, don’t buy it when it’s listed for $89) you get a tablet that’ll do nearly everything a tablet that cost 5X as much does. As long as you’re not looking to run Genshin Impact or Switch emulation this is probably all you need for when you want to use a tablet.

Llevo menos de cuatro meses con ella y ya fallo la cámara (y justamente solo la compré para poder tomar fotos y video). No es fácil obtener respuesta para recibir ayuda de soporte y ya no se que hacer.

I previously bought a Doogee T20 8″ tablet and it was a disaster. Returned it for a refund and ordered the Alldocube. What a difference. This one worked straight out of the box. It was easy to set up and download apps. Logging onto the internet was a breeze. I’m really impressed with the screen quality and there’s plenty of memory. Would recommend the tablet.

Having bought many tablets and smart phones over the years, these are probably the worst speakers I’ve ever heard. The sound is muffled on max volume. I can barely hear anything. Either I have a faulty unit or the speakers are extremely poor. Sending this back for a refund.
