Great tablet but use the right charger!
I’ve bought 2 of the ReIndoo T618 for a family member and it’s a fantastic product especially for the price point it is at. Often times either the seller and/or Amazon also offer vouchers to further reduce the cost of the tablet. Before tax, my order was under $100.The tablet is fast and responsive and works well with 2.4 GHz / 5 GHz wi-fi routers (I did not use a GSM SIM card with this tablet but it does support this feature). My family member uses the tablet mostly for Youtube and some light web browsing. I had to replace the first one due to the battery accidentally getting overcharged and eventually failing.I bought a second tablet to replace the now defective one but I chose to repurchase instead of selecting a different company because I can tell from their support team’s assistance that they do care about customer satisfaction and not just earning your money.Some reviews for this company suggest that the technical support does not assist in issues but I had excellent service from ReIndoo. First and foremost, read the MANUAL that comes with the tablet! It contains their support email. It is also only like 4 pages long.Regarding the first tablet that died, a 0.5 V / 3 Amp charger was accidentally used for some amount of time. ONLY use a 0.5 V / 2 Amp charger! The tablet does NOT support any mechanism to manage the current and the battery WILL overcharge (which will damage it). ReIndoo said they plan to change this at a later date but as of April 2024, the current model T618 cannot dampen the current.The battery life (when used with the correct charger) is pretty decent as well. For Youtube videos and light web browsing it can run for several hours without being plugged in to a constant power source.

Better than I thought
Well I have been using RCA tablets for several years. Absolutely love then latest was Delta pro with 11 inch screen largest on market. I thought going back to 10 would be problem it not.This tablet was so easy to setup, it downloaded all information from my old tablet, pictures, settings, Virtually EVERYTHING took little time because I did not have USB cable to connect both tablets and had to use WIFI CONNECTION.Then connect to Google and synced and updated all apps. It was so smooth I was dreading all the usual setup. Compared to my old tablet 2 Gig ram 32 Gig rom w 64 gig sdcard, This tablet is much faster in every aspect.Now I just hope it lasts, and functions correctly.It has great feel, and display is very good.protective case is nicebattery lasts all day no problem, my old RCA DELTA PRO tablet 4 hours maybe, Could be the larger screenIm very happy with the tablet, and recommend it to any one,It is definitely not just entry level tablet, I have been in computer business since the early 90’s, I’m not a kid at 72, and have used many different tablets over the years.Popped in $0.99 SIM from Textnow the free phone service worked flawlessly 4g lte. uses the T-Mobile network, no not 5 g cell but, 5g wifi though.Connects flawlessly to my wife’s 2023 Toyota Corolla hybrid, for music Pandora and navigation with the android auto, no USB Cable.Again I recommend this tablet, even if your technically challenged.

Great tablet…
This is a great tablet. I have 4 tablets, this one is the best by far. It’s fast, reliable, good size storage, and good ram. I don’t like the case color, but it is nice and I bought a screen protector so it’ll look good for a long time.-3 months in the tablet is having touch screen issues. It occasionally has my touch 4-5″ from here I actually touch (very sporadic). I’m contacting the company for resolution. I will add more once complete. Otherwise, it’s is still a great tablet.-I ended up having to get another tablet (the same one). The manufacturer was almost impossible to contact, but I have the Asurion Protection Plan and they reimbursed me for the tablet. On a positive note, it was on a better sale when I bought the new one, so I save $16.00. yeah!

Not good
Sadly if I could give this product to minus 10 I would it’s a good tablet as far as other functions the storage and the memory everything but there is Major connectivity problems with Wi-Fi it connects to Wi-Fi but will not stay connected you are constantly reconnecting your Wi-Fi like every 5 minutes it’ll connect and then it’ll go out then you got to reconnect and then it goes out then you got to reconnect it’s annoying especially when you’re trying to do something and again everything else with this tablet 10 Stars but this is a major problem I returned one because I thought it was broken because it kept doing it they sent me a new one and sadly doing the same thing I’m thinking about returning this one as well everything else about this product is great the size the screen the quality the memory the storage everything but this is a major bummer cuz again it becomes very annoying and frustrating when you’re having to reconnect your Wi-Fi every 5 minutes I’m trying to talk fast so I don’t lose my connection right now so if I were to give this a review it would be a minus 10 for Wi-Fi connectivity everything else fine but who wants to do this every 5 minutes and I have found no fix for it I have looked I have gone on YouTube I have gone on tech support websites there is no fix for it an update no fix for it and I wish I would have seen the reviews for this tablet before I bought it because I’m not the only one having this problem so basically buyer beware if you’re going to stick to the I had to give it a one but I wouldn’t even give it a one cuz it wouldn’t let me give it a zero
