Anker is quality. You pay for what you get. I have had cables go bad or just be bad from the get go. Anker cables always works. Out of the many purchases of Anker products, the long charger from Anker does not stay in the wall well because it sticks out too far. But It does charge properly and have to be careful to make stick in the wall. Other wall charges work really well There are stories of other electronics providers having heat up and infrequently burn type smells. Don’t want to risk. Anker is what I purchase. Besides, you know you are not getting some cheap Chinese knock off. Ankers logo is always on their products. And the Anker store is connected to Amazon.

As with all Anker braided cables the quality is excellent and these can be used and abused for many years without worrying about them wearing out. Comes with a handy velcro strap for storage and the connectors are solid as always. Not quite as nice as the 140w 765 cable I bought last, as these are a little more utilitarian.Unlike other Anker cables I’ve purchased this one does *not* come with a carrying case which would have been welcome, but given the low cost for two cables that can be forgiven.Only complaint is that it would have been nice to have the 240w power limit written on the cables somewhere as these look identical to the many other Anker cables I have on hand. It’s a somewhat special use case so having some visual identifier would be great.

I was surprised at how good this cable feels and works. It is sturdy but still flexible and it doesn’t look like it’s gonna break any time soon. I use it to charge both my phone and laptop and it can deliver the necessary watts with no issues whatsoever. I really like them and 6ft is usually more than enough. It’s a great combo because as long as you have a way to charge your laptop with the 1st cable, you can connect the 2nd cable to the laptop and charge your phone, headphones, earbuds, or any other smaller device with USB-C.
