Love this computer
I bought the Apple 2022 MacBook Air with the M2 chip two weeks ago, and I was pleasantly surprised at the price. I primarily use it for web browsing and software development, and I don’t have many programs on it. Setting it up was seamless, especially since I have other Apple products. I encountered no issues during the setup. The Midnight color looks fantastic and is the best quality Air I’ve ever used. The display and sound are great. While I haven’t tried video processing, the M2 chip performs wonderfully. It’s noticeably faster than my Mac mini with the M1 chip. I love the size and weight; it’s perfect for bringing to the coffee shop. It also seems more durable than my girlfriend’s 2020 Air.The battery lasts at least 8 hours on a single charge, and I can use it at work for a significant portion of the day without needing to recharge. The new charging port style secures via a magnet, which works fine, though it could be a bit stronger.Overall, I’m thrilled with the price, especially since I’ve never had a Mac under $1,000. I’m very happy with this purchase and give it 5 stars.

Sooo Thin and Light
This is amazing. The athletic is amazing and the thinness is unparalleled, I love the MagSafe charging. The m2 chip is speedy and is super snappy, it can handle everything. The battery is noticeably long on it also. The most surprising is the speaker sound quality, I was not expecting the amazing quality from this slim computer.

The Perfect Balance of Power and Portability
The MacBook Air M2 with 16GB RAM is an outstanding laptop. It handles multitasking and demanding tasks like video editing effortlessly. The battery life is exceptional, easily lasting a full day, and the lightweight design makes it perfect for on-the-go use.The Liquid Retina display is stunning, and the keyboard and trackpad are top-notch. While the limited ports require an adapter for peripherals, the overall performance, sleek design, and future-proofing make this a fantastic investment. Highly recommend!

Solid
This is my first MacBook and I really like. It’s by far the most well built laptop I’ve ever had. It’s fast and the graphics are pretty good. Learning the functions of Mac OS isn’t too bad if you’ve worked with Linux at all. Overall I would recommend it.

MacBook Air m2 16gb ram and 256gb
Me and my sister got these laptops at a decent price range for these laptops and we just got them and we both played around with them and they run very fantastic and I got to say the battery life and the video quality and music sound is very good and the battery capacity is at 100% and the picture is really fantastic and I got to say this might be the best laptop that I ever bought. Way to go apple.

Well built, portable, aesthetically pleasing
I needed a laptop to separate work from personal activities. I thought about getting a Chromebook, but the ones reported to have better build quality were almost as expensive as Windows and Mac laptops. When the MacBook Air M2 went on clearance sale, I jumped on it. I use a MacBook for work, so it is a plus not having to keep two systems in mind. I had seen concerns in reviews about 8 GB memory being insufficient, but I find it very responsive for my light use: email, web browsing, some word processing and watching videos. I don’t play video games or do video editing. The screen is nice and big enough for me, and the keyboard has a nice solid feel. Battery life is more than good enough for a machine that I mostly use at home.

Literally just buy this. Iâm a teacher and I have to have a dependable laptop.
The size is a perfect fit for my work bag. I bought this for my job, constant training online classes and zoom. The battery life is excellent. I can go two days without charging. The power up speed is faster than I expected. The ease of being able to switch between different screens is mind blowing.I honestly used to buy cheap laptops and considered them after 2 years disposable. Now that Iâve finally bought a MacBook Air I will probably never buy anything else again.

One notch from perfection
This is what I describe as a “chill laptop”. It’s the reliable, ageless device you park next to your couch and cruise the inter webs on, the computer that transitions to a DJ machine for a party, the one you grab when you need to do some serious professional work. It does it all, it’s snappy and the battery life makes you wonder why you ever had to charge a laptop before. Did I mention there isn’t any fan noise? It’s fantastic. All of the basics are covered on top of that, speakers are great, keyboard is great, screen is great. This is how Apple makes great devices, by nailing the basics. Mac OS feels limited, but ultimately is a just an adjustment period if you’re coming from windows. Most apps and programs work, but make sure before you buy this laptop, as MacOS tends to have some extra hoops to jump through. You can game but it entirely depends what game you’re playing and if it’s compatible. This is the biggest thing, you need to be slightly tech savvy to get Windows and apps running. Apple wants you to use their apps, which are greatly optimized. The only real negative is the notch, if it bothers you and the soldered components that are non-upgradeable. I’m not going to get into debates on how much RAM you need but I’ve never needed more than 8gb for years now and never experience slow down. I also only live in 3 – 5 browser tabs and close down programs I’m not using. If you’re cruising the web and using basic apps this computer will easily last you 4 – 5 years and be better than anything on the market. Not to mention the awesome resale value of Macs.

This generation of the Apple MacBook Air is exactly what I needed. I’ve always preferred macOS over other operating systems because of the simplicity and great user experience.I use the MacBook Air to build websites, write direct response copy and browse the web mainly. It doesn’t show any lag, and works just as intended. It has a light feel, and the dark colour is sleek and smooth.I chose the laptop because I wanted to be able to travel and take my computer with me. Being tied to a desk is something I was getting tired of and needed to untether to be free.Would highly recommend if you love macOS and need to travel.

– Surprisingly fast. Three times faster (single core, using Geekbench 6) vs early 2015 MacBook Pro 13â after upgrading the MBP with a fast SSD.- Quiet. And keyboard have sufficient depth to type. And screen is crisp. Will be great for typing, research, excel and other productivity work (though an external monitor would be the right place for excel).- Trackpad seems to work as intuitively as the 2015 MBP 13.- AAA games according to YT give 30-45 fps. I expect it should be fun to play older games if itâs your only computer.- Midnight looks great. A nice change from the usual silver. Im avoiding the case route and picking up a non magnetic sleeve to protect it. I expect scratches and dents over its lifetime. Not a big deal.- In one day, there are hardly any fingerprints on it, and they donât bother me. I ask, are you typing on your laptop, or juggling it?

Amazing.Battery â – I travel for work a lot. The battery last for over a week without charging for emails, making docs, casual internet browsing, etc. For heavy processing like creating content, decent enough to last for atleast 5 hours. No fan noise â – no fan, so no noise! ð Im not a heavy user so this is perfect for me.Light! 𪶠⠖ I mean, it should be cos its âairâ. Kidding aside I prefer this more than an ipad pro + keyboard set up.Still getting used to it. – I transitioned from using windows for more than 20 years to using macbook just a couple of months ago. I thought it will be difficult but it isnât. Needs a lot of getting used to, but the regular use of this surely helped a lot in the process.

I use mine for video calls, YouTube, general browsing and playing Stardew and Minecraft. It runs perfectly, the sound and picture are great and the starlight is such a pretty colour. I love the feel of the new shape of the air, it feels good to hold and much more sturdy than its past models.

This is my first experience of buying a macbook, i was always using windows, i ain’t a daily user but its a huge difference between all windows brands and apple, despite their warranty and service, working with a macbook is a fantastic experience, the first thing that i realized, was no sound of any fans, when i used some application for 3d printer which they are hard to load and run in other windows laptops, but this little giant opened them easy peasy. Second one is start up is just 2-3 seconds which means wow.I can remember when i worked with windows and opened these kind of apps, my laptopâs fan make a airplane turbine sound and got stuck a lot.Maybe MB be a lil bit pricy but hands down worth it.
