Outstanding
Received in a perfect packaging box and in perfect condition. No marks, smudges, nothing on the computer, looked brand new. Came with Monterey OS not High Sierra, so considerate, more companies should be like this, only took about 15 minutes to upgrade to Ventura, runs superb. Everything I do with this computer runs absolutely great and in a beautiful retina display, so unreal happy. Also came with a brand new Macally wired mac friendly keyboard/mouse combo, awesome. Totally recommend, very pleased with this purchase.

I bought this as a back up for my business to my main shop IMac Pro (purchased new in 2018).Overall great product no damage to exterior and glass/screen. Works just like my full price brand new one.Came with a solid Bluetooth keyboard very similar to the magic keyboard. Came with a white power cord not the black and is aftermarket so doesnât fit/mount flush like the apple cord does. The mouse it came with did not work at all and couldnât find any work around to get it connected and working so be ready to pick one up possibly.Gave a 4 star for a few reasons-it came with High Sierra installed which means you have to jump through some hoops to get to new Monterey OS ( just have to download from App Store wonât download through auto update and takes longer)-wireless mouse was absolutely garbage and useless. Couldnât get it to power on let alone get it to connect.-this is minor and only annoying but that stupid paper sticker on the face with terrible adhesive that is a pain to remove lol just a huge eye sore and took some elbow grease to remove.

I had heard of the iMac Pro, but never saw one in person, but wanted one. so when I got the email from Amazon, I decided to get this iMac Pro. I knew what I was getting and after reading the reviews, I decided to go to Best Buy and got myself an Apple wireless keyboard and black magic mouse.I got it the next day in a great big box and it was packed very well indeed. The keyboard and mouse were generic as stated in the description and I set them aside. The iMac Pro had a faint, tiny hair line scratch on the bezel but it is not noticeable unless under close examination.I used the Time Machine to transfer my data over to the iMac Pro. After an hour getting the iMac Pro the way I wanted it, dumping out of date applications, doing OS updates and such, I started gaming and exploring the new power I had in this Pro iMac.I am very pleased with my new iMac Pro and I am thankful for the chance to have this professional grade iMac. As of this writing, my iMac Pro runs macOS 14 beta.I would recommend this seller to anyone.

I was a bit nervous when ordering this renewed item, but am thus far satisfied with the transaction and with the look and performance of this iMac Pro. I was in the market for a new Mac Studio, but decided to wait until those include the M2 chip. In the meantime, I needed something sufficiently beefy for some video editing. As some other reviewers have stated, this unit came with a small-footprint, silver-colored, Macally keyboard – one without a numeric keypad. I expected as much and was not disappointed, and although it has nice keystroke feel, I will be upgrading it with a full-sized keyboard in the near future. At this point, I am very satisfied with this item and with this purchase.

Excellent condition inside and out!
Iâm so happy I took a risk spending $1,500 for a renewed iMac Pro & itâs all worth it. Looks brand new & no scratches. Wish it came with Apple mouse & keyboard, the non-Apple that came with didnât work so I had to buy a Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse from Walmart and was able to setup the Mac & everything worked. Super happy with this purchase.

Problems Right After Warranty Expired
The iMac acted fine when I first got it. Had some minor problems where it would have problems losing connection with moue and keyboard. Finally went and bought another keyboard and mouse and after a few minutes, same problem. If I had to do it over again I would probably just buy a new one.

Reçu après 1 semaine seulement (au lieu de 3 comme prévu). Emballé avec beaucoup de soin, du jamais vu ! L’iMac est en parfait état ,aucune éraflure, vraiment comme neuf. Tout comme la souris et le clavier d’origine Apple. Je suis très chanceux ! Après configuration et installation de MacOS Sonoma, l’iMac est super rapide. Très bon achat et je le recommande à 100 %.
