Seems excellent
The iPad arrived well ahead of schedule. It appears to be in great condition, and working very well, so I am very pleased in this regard. It seems that many who have ordered these “Renewed” iPads (from many different refurbishing companies) have had issues with the generic power source (charger) that seem to accompany many of them. I guess I am no exception in this: the charger appears to be kind of slow, and becomes quite warm to the touch while working. It looks like I have mostly solved the problem by charging the iPad on a power bar with USB ports. It doesn’t get warm, and I suppose the charging speed isn’t bad. KInd of curious that this is an issue for many. Anyway, I am otherwise very happy with the purchase so far.

When I first got this iPad I thought I had an issue with the battery not charging fully. I wrote the company explaining my issue. Later that day I tried using a different charger and it recharged to 100. (First charger I used wasnât what they sent) the next day I saw they were in my inbox giving me options on how to resolve the issue. So In short, worth the buy, canât tell itâs refurbished and the company is reputable, and backs up their product.

Stopped charging
I loved it until it stopped charging. I’ve tried multiple things to fix it but no luck. Not sure what to do with it now and I feel like I’ve wasted a lot of money

Very well done
This was purchased for my tech loving girlfriend. It replaces an older model she had that was giving her trouble. I have an identical device I purchased new for almost double the price. When you receive it you maybe slightly put off as there is no flashy packaging. However once charged she was able to load her iCloud back up on to it in no time. The needed updates were done quickly and it has worked like a brand new product. The replacement warranty brings peace of mind and it came with a good quality cover. Highly recommend this product.

Device didnât charge
My device I ordered didnât charge, I had to return it and the only return option was the access point drop off which cannot be tracked.I have been waiting for 7 days now since Iâve sent it out and still no refund. I wouldnât Christmas shop for anything used here. Iâd wait until after the holidays. So they donât take your money and hold it for over 7 days like their doing to me.They sent me a device that charged for an hour and went from 35% to 29% either it was intentional or they donât test their products. Not sure how that kind of mistake could have been made honestly.
