Arrived on time but has significant number of screen scratches – but then……
Update: I had reconciled myself to living with the scratches and did not pursue the matter further. However, the dealer reached out to me. TechDealerUS sent me a replacement with no collateral from me whatsoever. The new iPad arrived. I can detect no flaws. In fact, the battery in the replacement is ~30% stronger than the scratched iPad. It looks and feels like new as far as I can tell.They provided return postage as well. I will dropping of the original iPad to the post-office tomorrow.Just wanted to get this out there before the holidays had come and gone. TechDealerUS are honorable people. Feel safe to buy from them*** Original review belowThis is a nice iPad but there were a lot of scratches on the screen that I did not see until light of day. So while I enjoy itâs overall quality I am disappointed in the condition of the screen itself. This is a refurbished unit. If this had been sold as used itâs quality rating wouldâve been good or even acceptable but not very good. I do believe that the refurbished category should be expanded to include descriptions similar to used items where very good, good, or acceptable are included. There is one very noticeable scratch almost directly over the front facing lense. I understand that this iPad is not new . I do not feel that the seller or Amazon in anyway intentionally misrepresented anything. However had I known that there was a scratch almost directly over the front facing lens I wouldâve declined to make this particular purchase. The description included in the product listing includes this. “Renewed products look and work like new.” I know there is the stipulation that detectable defects must be seen from at least 12 inches away. These scratches are clearly visible from that distance. I suggest the description of “Renewed” be corrected or, as mentioned, include the acceptable, good, or very good ratings.

Dont buy
It just broke after one month of use. In the evening it worked well but in the morning it wont start anymore. We have tried everything and nothing helps. The seller has not responded anything for us.

I really like this ipad air 2, just the right size for carrying in my purse , large enough to view movies and content but fits well on a table for tabletop presentations. Glad I got the unlocked cellular, used it the first day out!
