Great product and customer service
We ordered a refurnished IPad from this seller and received the product quickly. However, the product would flip back to the opening screen frequently and wouldnât stay in a page when in use. We did troubleshooting without success. We returned the product without any difficulty and requested a replacement. Not only was it replaced, the iPad was upgraded to iPad 5 and the product arrived less than a week later. This product works perfectly and was in perfect shape. Impressive
I bought 4 of these, one for each grandchild. What an awesome value! My grands are 3-8 and they are always on someone’s device so I decided to get them their own. These are perfect for that. We’ve not had any issues with these four or the one I bought for myself. Their parents had no issues setting them up with all the controls etc. got them all heavy duty cases too. Anyway, these “renewed” iPads are pretty great. They come with a 90 day warranty. You really can’t lose!

when it came it had a full battery life. The iPad was a great value for the money we paid. It wasnât brand new but I believe it was call ârenewedâ. The IPad Air was way thinner and lighter than I imagined. The thickness compared to my old iPad is crazy. I highly recommend getting one and would gladly get one in the future. Thanks
